基于工作流技术的图文档管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 PDM作为制造企业实施信息化的集成框架,已被越来越多的企业所采用。而实施PDM对企业的管理水平、计算机化程度、技术力量及投资有较高的要求,制约了其在中小企业的应用。EDM是PDM中的一个主要功能之一。但传统的EDM系统只注重对静态数据文档的管理;缺乏对动态数据设计流程的管理。 本文结合四川省重点攻关项目“面向敏捷制造的数字化工艺集成平台的开发”的研究,利用PDM的思想方法,提出了中小型制造企业实施PDM应以工程图文档管理为核心内容,构建了中小型制造企业实施PDM的方法及其总体框架。以工作流的思想为指导,将工作流的计算模型有效地应用于图文档管理中,建立了产品设计过程中的工作流模型。开发出一个适用于计算机集成制造环境的,基于产品数据管理的,能够支持分布式环境中工作流管理的新一代工程图纸管理系统。系统突破静态管理模式的局限,对产品从构思到成型的整个生命周期实行动态管理,支持图纸信息(包括装配信息、审批信息、明细表信息等)在其生命周期内的一致性。 论文并就开发中涉及到的:程序接口、数据库、系统安全性、系统数据的管理、BOM的生成、DWG文件标题栏信息的自动提取及基于控件的CAD图形浏览等关键技术进行了详细论述。

【Abstract】 As an integrated platform for enterprise information,PDM has been applied to more and more enterprises. But high level of technology,the computerized degree,and higher investment are needed in implementing PDM. The application of PDM is restricted in middle-small manufacturing enterprises. EDM is one of the main functions of PDM,and can meet the need of the engineering data management for enterprise. But the conventional EDM system pays more attention to the management of static state data only and is short of the management of dynamic design flow.Being associated with the project "the development of numerical process planning integration platform faced the agility manufacture ",which is sponsored by Sichuan Province,this dissertation puts forward that the application of PDM for middle-small manufacturing enterprises should make EDM be the kernel matter. The system structure and the application method are proposed based on the PDM principle. According to the workflow way,this dissertation applies the workflow’s calculation model to the engineering data management and builds up the model of workflow for the production design process. A new engineering data management system,which is based on the product data management,and is suited to computer integrated manufacture environment,and is able to fit to the workflow management to the distributing circumstance is developed. This system breaks through the localization of the static management pattern,and implements the dynamic management on the whole lifecycle of product from designing to end product,and keeps the consistency about drawing information which includes the assemblage information,the examine and approve information,the bill information,on the whole lifecycle.The key technologies are discussed in detail in this dissertation about the system development,which includes procedure interface,database,system security,the management of system data,the creating of Bill of Material,automation pick-up of title bar information and scanning about CAD Drawing based on the control.
