【摘要】 企业管理信息化是现代企业发展的关键技术之一。企业科协作为企业的一部分，既是企业联系科技人员的主要纽带，又是与外界沟通的主要通道，所以企业科协管理信息化将是企业管理信息化的重要组成部分。本课题结合重庆长安科协的实际，提出了企业科协管理模式，并设计开发出相应的企业科协管理信息系统。 首先，分析了企业科协管理信息化的重要性及必要性，并根据长安科协管理的基本内容，提出了企业科协管理模块化、规范化、定量化、信息化的管理模式。在此基础上，应用先进的计算机信息技术，提出了企业科协管理信息系统的总体方案，划分出系统的功能模块，包括：会员管理、学术活动、继续教育、科普活动、咨询管理、厂会协作、金桥工程、建家活动、讲比活动等9个子系统。 然后，采用C／S模式， 基于MS SQL Server7.0和Delphi5.0，设计实现了企业科协管理信息系统的软件系统，建立起企业科协管理的信息平台。经应用证明，系统界面友好、运行可靠，实现了企业科协管理模块化、规范化、定量化、信息化的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management informationization of enterprises is one of the key technologies to the development of modern enterprises. Being one of the parts of enterprises, the enterprise association for science and technology (EAST) is not only the bridge through which the enterprises connect with technologists, but also the main communicating channel with the outside.Firstly, the article analyses the importance and necessity of informationization for the EAST. Combined with the requirement of Chongqing Changan association for science and technology(CAAST) management, the article brings forward the mode of the management of the EAST. Then, the article puts forward the scheme of the management information system of the EAST, and makes off the function module of the system, which includes: member management, science activity, continue education, popularizing science activity, consultation management, factory club cooperation, the project of golden bridge, constructing home activity, reviewing activity, 9 subsystems in all.Adopting C/S mode, The system is realized based on SQL Server7.0 and Delpi5.0, and is put in practice successfully.
