安全线断线检测系统

Research on Checking System of Broken Safe_line Mechanical Engineering

【摘要】 本文论述了安全线断线检测系统的研究与设计问题,该系统是安全线放线过程中检测放线情况的重要设备。 整个系统是以可编程逻辑控制器为核心,辅以其它设备构成。在整个系统的设计中,为了保证系统的可靠性,采用了许多成熟技术。在传感器的选择上,经过多方比较,采用了E2K-F10MC1—接近传感器,成功地完成了信号的前端采集任务。在软件编写上,我们采用了循环计数的方法,很好地识别了放线工作状态,同时,通过循环周期以及计数个数的动态设定,使得该套系统具有极大的柔性,能满足一定范围内的提速要求。人机界面方面,我们选择了一种可编程终端—MPT002,通过该终端可以根据需要随时动态修改循环周期、计数脉冲数以及开始、停止滴墨的延时时间。 针对断线检测系统的特殊要求,本文主要立足于传感器、PLC模块的选择,以及PLC软件的设计,从理论上论证了系统的可行性,阐述了PLC软件的开发思路与方法,同时也体现了整个系统开发过程中多种方案的提出与选择历程。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the design and development of the checking system of broken safejine, which is very important in the checking of laying situation of this technics.This system is made of Programmable Logical Controller and other assistant device. For the reliability of the system, many mature techniques are adopted in the development of this system. On the choice of sensor, we choose a kind of near sensors, E2K-F10MC1, succeed in signal acquisition of forepart. On programming we adopt the way of circular counting and identify working situation of linejaying, in the same way, with the dynamic setting of circular periods and counting number the system has flexible and can meet the special requirement of acceleration. On the interface of human_machine, we adopt a kind of programmable terminal-MPT002, with this device we can set the circular periods, count number, start dropping and end dropping lay time.According to the special requirement of checking system of broken safejine , this paper primarily deals with how to choose sensor and modules of PLC as well as how to design the software of PLC, demonstrats the feasibility of the system in theory, expounds the development idea and method of PLC software.
