摆动活齿减速器传动理论、制造及检测研究

【摘要】 摆动活齿减速器是一种新型高性能传动装置,它是用于传递两同轴间回转运动的新型少齿差行星齿轮传动(简称活齿传动),具有结构紧凑、传动比范围广、承载能力大、传动效率高等优点。这些特征使摆动活齿减速器在工业上具有广阔的应用前景。本文建立了摆动活齿传动的数学模型,并对摆动活齿减速器设计、制造、检测进行了深入地研究。取得了以下研究成果: 根据齿轮啮合原理,建立了基于齿轮啮合原理的摆动活齿传动的数学模型,推导了偏心轮激波器与活齿、活齿与中心轮内齿圈的接触线方程、啮合方程、相对速度和中心轮内齿圈的齿形方程。并利用MATLAB软件编程,求出了活齿与中心轮内齿圈的相对速度,中心轮内齿圈齿形点的坐标,从而提出了一种中心轮内齿圈齿形求解的新方法。 首次在数控机床上完成了中心轮内齿圈齿廓的加工。利用样条函数对中心轮内齿圈齿形点进行拟合,利用轨迹法在数控线切割机床(BKDC)上实现了中心轮内齿圈齿形的加工,并对在数控机床上加工的工艺进行了研究。突破了用专用机床加工中心轮内齿圈齿形的传统方法。 探讨了摆动活齿减速器中各零部件的结构,从提高传动效率出发,对摆动活齿减速器的偏心轮激波器、活齿、中心轮内齿圈的结构进行了改进设计。 首次在三坐标测量机上实现了中心轮内齿圈齿形的检测,并把检测数据与理论数据进行比较,求出了中心轮内齿圈的齿形误差,通过对齿形误差的分析,证明了以上数学模型是正确的,加工方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 Swing movable teeth reducer is a new type of high property drive device, which is used to transmit rotary motion and power between two shafts with the same axis, is a new type of small teeth difference planetary gear drive, and has many advantages, such as strong load-carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, large angular velocity ratio, small in size and compact structure etc. These characteristics make the swing movable teeth reducer have vast application prospects in industry. In this article, the math model of swing movable teeth drive is established, the design, manufacture and measure of swing movable teeth drive are deeply studied. The main work and results are as followings.According to gear engagement principle, the math model of swing movable teeth drive is established. The engagement curve, engagement equation, relative speed between eccentric gear and movable teeth, and between movable teeth and internal gear are presented, and the gear equation of internal gear is presented. The relative speed between movable tooth and internal gear, the coordinates of points of internal gear are calculated by MATLAB. Then a new method of calculating the gear curve of internal gear is put forward.For the first time, the internal gear is manufactured in NC machine. The points of internal gear are fitted into spline curve by spline function, then the internal gear is manufactured in NC wire-cut machine. The process of manufacturing theinternal gear in wire-cut machine is studied. Compared to the traditional method of manufacturing in special machine this process is a breakthrough.The construct of the parts of swing movable teeth reducer is studied, renovating design of eccentric gear, moveable teeth and internal gear is given.For the first time, the internal gear is measured on three-coordinate measuring machine, gear error of internal gear is calculated and analyzed by comparing the measuring data with the desired data. The result of analyzing reveals the correctness of math model and manufacturing method.
