现阶段学生课业负担状况的调查与对策研究

【摘要】 教育必须与社会发展相适应。在社会经济高速发展的今天,教育已受到挑战。为此,我国乃至全世界都在进行着教育改革,全面实施素质教育已成为必然。但是作为很长一段时间以来在我国盛行的“应试教育”的结果,学生承受着过重的学习负担,并已成为推行素质教育的一大障碍。 文章在分析了社会经济的发展对教育提出的新要求,以及学生学业负担过重或过轻对社会发展所带来的影响的基础上,提出需给学生配置合理的学业负担;在对现阶段中小学生的学业负担进行调查的基础上,探讨了导致学生学业负担过重的社会成因与教育成因;在比较了国外教改经验的基础上,提出了减轻学生学业负担的有关对策。

【Abstract】 Education needs to keep up with the development of the society. It is an inevitable trend that students should have been lightened their academic over-burden to have more free time to develop their full talents.The author conducts a survey respectively among 1000 students and their parents. 800 teachers as well as 300 headmasters in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou region to get the information about the present students" academic burden. Based on these statistics, the author concludes that the present students" academic burden is much too heavier for primary and secondary school students, while on the other hand, the other burdens which a student should take, such as gaining the ability of living, are on the light side. That is detrimental to the healthy growth of a young student. Furthermore, based on the scientific analysis of the causes of this phenomenon from both the society and the education, and on the study of the popular educational practice in foreign countries, the author puts forward several corresponding ways to ease the problem and to improve the present educational environment.
