【摘要】 人生存和发展的过程就是学习的过程。作为人的生命发展过程中的人格养成，道德学习所学的“不是物之理，而是人之理，也不是人之所是之理，而是人之应是之理”，它不能仅仅依靠认知来获得抽象的道德知识，它需要的是基于生活经验之上的人对人的理解、人与人的交往，人对生活的认识、反省以及对生命价值的体验和感悟。然而，以掌握道德知识为目的的认知型道德学习仍是我国道德实践的主流。这种道德学习因过多强调道德知识的记忆、背诵和理解，而在不知不觉中扼杀了人的直觉、灵感和顿悟，它触及不到学习者融知、情、意、信为一体的内在心灵。它既不是学习道德的方式，也不是道德的学习方式。“没有体验的道德知识是‘概念的木乃伊。’”体悟是学习主体在道德内化过程中有情感参与的认识理解活动，是感受、思维和行动三者的有机结合，它“犹如人体吸收的食物，最终转化成奔流在自己血液之中的物质一样”将道德内化为主体精神的一部分，它需要与主体直接关联的空间，生活就是这种天然、直接而有效的完整空间。人是生活在体悟之中，并透过体悟而生活的。生活型道德学习的提出不是抛弃认知型道德学习而是实现对它的超越，超越止于道德知识本身而不再前行的局限。它是作者针对实然而提出的一种更具合理性的道德学习观，其合理性体现于它更有利于人的全面而自由地发展。 本文共分为三大部分： 第一部分，即“道德与道德学习”通过对“道德”和“学习”两概念的分解，界定“道德学习”的基本内涵。首先，从现实“知识与道德的二律背反”的角度对“道德是什么”的理论问题作出追问和回答，结论是：在一定意义上，道德是一个情感问题。其次，对“学习”进行了一般分析。借助皮亚杰发生认识论的建构主义理论，把学习看作是学习者在与社会生活的相互作用下动态建构的过程。再次， L 道德学习：从知识到生活的革命 摘要 结合对“道德是什么”以及“学习”的一般研究，把道德学习界定为 是以情感为核心的认知学习、情感学习和行为学习的整合。 第二部分针对实然的“认知型道德学习”的弊端建构了一种新型”的道德学习观一“生活型道德学习”。把道德学习理解为道德认知， 把道德认知又仅仅理解为道德知识的获得的“认知型道德学习”虽不 乏其合理性，但其弊端也显而易见。基于道德知识是一种与学习主体 的情感体验相关，由人的情感状态所把握的知识类型，本文提出了以 “体悟”为根本方式的“生活型道德学习”并对其特定内涵作出阐述。 第三部分“从知识到生活的革命的价值指向”论述了道德学习从 知识到生活的转变实现了从道德学习理念到道德学习方式的根本性 变革。革命的意义在于重新把道德学习拉回到“人”的基点，实现了 “人的全面而自由地发展”的理想目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The procedure of human’s survival and development is actually the procedure of studying. As the cultivation of personality during man’s development procedure, what moral studying should study is not the truth of material, but the truth of human, not the truth for human to be, but the truth for human ought to be. Besides attaining abstract moral knowledge by recognition, moral studying requires the understanding between people, the intercourse between people, the recognition and self-reflection of life and the experience and understanding of the value of life based on the life experience. However, the moral studying to master moral knowledge is still the mainstream of moral practice in China. It jugulates man’s instinct, sensibility and spiritualism because it over-emphasizes the remembrance, rehearsal and understanding of moral knowledge. The interior soul of the learner isn’t involved. So it isn’t the way of moral studying, "the moral knowledge without experience is the mummy of concept". Experience is the activity of recognition and understanding with emotion. It is the combination of recept, thinking and action. It changes the moral into a part of the spirit for the main body. It requires the space directly related to the main body. Life is actually the natural, direct and effective space. Man lives in experience and lives through experience. The purpose of the writer’s bringing forward the moral studying of life is not to abandon the moral studying of recognition but to realize the surpassing of it. The moral studying of life is a more reasonable concept advanced by the writer according to the reality. Therationality lies in the fact that it good for man’s complete and free development.更多还原
