【摘要】 目的：提出理论完备、组方精当、疗效稳定的腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)电针治疗处方。方法：以膨出型、突出型LIDP患者为观察对象，以临床疗效、疼痛综合评分、临床电生理为观察指标，根据辨病与经络辨证、局部与远端取穴相结合的原则，对95例LIDP患者进行临床观察。结果：①电针治疗组临床疗效及疼痛综合评分优于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01)，临床治愈率53.1％，愈显率81.3％，总有效率93.8％。②电针治疗组明显改善患者EMG异常率(P＜0.05)。结论：①电针治疗LIDP处方临床疗效、疼痛综合评分明显优于电针对照组、手针对照组。②电针对神经根损伤的电生理特性有良性调节作用。③以LIDP膨出型、突出型患者为主要适应症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: Devised a treatment acupointsprescription of Electroacupuncture(EA) on Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) with complete theory ,exact compationbility,oosistent effect. Methods:Looking on clinical curative effeat,complex evaluation of pain ,clinical electric physiology as observation indexes , using the way of the organic combination of disease and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differention theory of Meridian ,combination of the Distant-Local points, obsearved 95 patients of the ectatic and the bulgy of LIDP . Results : 〤linical curative effect and complex evaluation of the Eagroup was superier to that of the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01),the cured rate was 53.1%,the obviously cured rate was 83.1%,the total effective rate was 93.8%.(2) The EA group significantly improved abnormal EMG rate of LIDP patients (P<0.05).Conclusions: 〤linical curative effect and complex evaluation of the EA group was superier to that of the control group (/)<0.05).(g)EA has benign regulative effect on electric physiology feature of nerve root injury.
