MDB中多媒体数据的表示与查询

【摘要】 近年来，随着宽带网络技术、音频视频压缩技术、大规模存储技术的发展，已经了建立大规模多媒体数据库的基础，面对浩瀚的信息海洋，人们迫切要求能够快速高效地获取所需的多媒体信息。鉴于多媒体数据的特殊性，其表示与查询已成为其中的一个重要研究方向。 本文首先讨论了多媒体数据库一些基本概念问题，然后着重阐述了基于内容的检索，多媒体数据的特征提取与描述，并以北江大堤多媒体数据库系统的规划设计为实例，运用了前述的相关技术，扩展了数据类型，建立一个关系——层次——面向对象的混合数据模型，在此模型的基础上对多媒体数据进行分割和特征提取，查询方法上将基于内容的检索与基于注释的检索优势互补，并通过综合查询模型将两者结合起来，以提供用户方便灵活的查询方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years,with the rapid development of wide band networks digital image audio and video compression,great capacity of storage,multimedia database has been possible,facing the immensity of multimedia information,people are eager to acquire information needed rapidly and efficiently. Corresponding to the specialty of multimedia data,its expressing and searching have been important problems in the field of multimedia database.In this paper,we first discussed some element concepts of multimedia database. Then we focused on content-based retrieval,feature extraction and description of multimedia data,and a developing example of multimedia database system. It used the technologies referred,analyzed the probable problems,then offered some methods and relative techniques to solve them. In the end,some future trends were proposed.更多还原
