【副题名】主营业务发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文由案例及案例分析两部分组成。 第一部分是一篇战略管理的案例。2002年初,师先生在进行了广泛的市场调查的基础上,组织战略规划的专题研讨会议。在会上,与会人员就公司的发展过程和系列产品的现状及主要产品所面临的市场环境、发展趋势,进行了充分发言,揭示出普天通信已经处于产品销售量下降、盈利能力降低的现状,需要重新制定发展战略。 第二部分是主营业务发展战略的案例分析。首先是简要描述主营业务的困境,接着进行市场前景、竞争地位和产品组合分析;其次提出了主营业务的发展战略;再次是根据实际情况、外部市场竞争环境和主营业务发展战略的需要,提出了发展战略的实施方案;最后,就公用通信终端作了补充说明。

【Abstract】 This article consists of the case and case analysis two parts.The first part is the case about enterprise strategy management. Mr.Shi held a conference of enterprise strategy management in 2002 based on the widely and comprehensive market investigation. Each participator made a warmly and active speech on the developing procedure of the company, condition of existing series product, the main product facing market circumstance and developing trend, to show that company has been under decreasing sales and gliding profit capability and it is necessary to re-design enterprise development strategy.The second part is the case analysis to main business development strategy. First, the article will describe the puzzle condition main business has been met. Secondly, make an analysis to market prospect, competition position and product combination. Thirdly, regarding to the real condition, external market competition circumstance and the requirement of main business development strategy, to put forward a feasible implement plan. At last, make some complement explanation to the public communication terminal.
