对物流信息流程再造的研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化与信息时代的出现,企业竞争的焦点向敏捷性转变,物流能力成为决定企业经营成败的一个关键因素,今后,市场竞争将成为企业产品供应链与竞争对手产品供应链之间的竞争。如何有效地管理供应链的物流过程,将物流、信息流、资金流有效集成并保持高效运作,将成为以承接物流外包为主要职能的第三方物流企业富有应用潜力的领域。 基于对第三方物流信息流程的再造分析,本文将试从供应链管理的角度出发,通过应用信息接口,将ERP、EOS、XDI、Internet、VAN等关键IT技术切入第三方物流企业的物流流程,有效地对其物流过程的各种零散数据进行集成处理和传递,实现对其物流运作的“点、线、面”的立体式管理。从物流信息系统主系统、交易系统、物流分析系统、储运管理系统、帐务处理系统等五方面来重构第三方物流企业的物流信息系统,据之实现对业务流程的无缝连接,达到对整体供应链的统一管理,使第三方物流企业与其供应链节点间能基于信息的实时交换与共享,实现对物流计划的共制,提供更为及时、可靠的物流服务。

【Abstract】 With the Economic Globalization and Information Era appearing, the competition among enterprises focuses on agility. Logistics has become one of the keys that will affect success or defeat of an enterprise. From now on, the market competition will be the supply chain’s competition. For managing the logistics process of the Supply Chain effectively, it is necessary to integrate the information flow, logistics and capital flow into a whole and keeping on working in a great efficiency. This will be a potential appliance for TPL enterprises carrying on the logistics’ outsourcing.In the view of SCM, by the analysis of reengineering the TPL enterprise’s logistics information process and applying information technology, ERP, EOS, XDI and Internet will be put into the TPL enterprise’s logistic process to integrate and transfer the scattered data effectively and realize tree-dimensional management with the point, line and surface. It will reengineer LIS, consisting of the main system, the dealing Information Management System, the logistic analysis system, the storing and carrying management system and the accounting system, to link all logistics process to one process seamlessly. Based on the real-time transmission and share of information, this system will help the TPL supervise and manage the logistic process in the whole supply chain, so that it can work out logistics plan and offer dependable logistics service in time with the joint of SC.
