城市职高学生道德现状与教育对策研究

【摘要】 城市职高培养的学生大多数是城市建设中的初中级技术工人,研究当前城市职高学生的道德教育,对提高城市未来工人的素质非常重要。本论文本着把对城市职高学生的道德教育落到实处,为推进城市职高素质教育服务的宗旨,运用伦理学、心理学、教育学和方法论等学科理论,通过问卷调查、谈话和观察等方法和手段,从实践出发,从现象入手,对当前城市职高学生的道德现状及原因进行分析探讨,最后归纳总结出对城市职高学生进行道德教育的对策,指导实践。因此,从内容和结构上看,本论文由四部分组成。 第一部分:研究城市职高学生的特殊性和道德要求的层次性。主要从了解教育对象入手,遵循因材施教的教育原则,解决本论文最基础最重要的逻辑问题。 第二部分:分析城市职高学生的道德现状及存在的主要问题。从道德认识、道德情感和道德行为三个方面对城市职高学生的道德品质进行调查与分析,发现当今大多数城市职高学生具有良好的道德品质,但有道德问题的学生量较大、面较广,主要表现在对社会道德规范有不同程度的疏离,对“美德”的麻木和不良道德行为较普遍等。 第三部分:对城市职高学生产生道德问题的原因进行分析和研究。结果发现影响城市职高学生形成良好道德品质的因素主要有社会的政治、经济和文化等方面的负影响,有家庭的不正确教育、学校“重技轻德”教育倾向,以及同辈群体和自身心理因素五个方面,其中家庭不正确的教育和学生自身不良的生理因素是产生学生道德问题的主要原因。 第四部分:针对问题产生的原因,进行教育对策研究。本论文的教育对策主要从学生的生活圈入手,提出了加强班集体建设和校风校纪整顿,通过与家长、社会的联系,充分发挥家庭教育和社区教育的积极作用,形成以学校为主导,联系家庭与社会教育因素的立体式道德教育体系的教育对策。

【Abstract】 The stdents from seinor vocational school most are junior or senior technicans of city building. It is very important, for searching the moral education of the present students of seinor vocational school, to improve the guility of future city technicans. This paper uses ethics, psychology, methodology and pedagogy, etc, by ways such as paper investigation, chatting and observation,and so on. To analyze and probe in to the urban vocational school students’ current normal situation and it’s cause, with the aim that fulfilling the morality education and advance the guality education in seinor vocational school, from practice and with phenonemen. At last, hope to draw some countermeasures to the morality education for seinor vocational school students, which can be used to guide practice. Therefore the paper is made of four sections according to the content and structure.Section Ⅰ: Searching the peculiar trait of student in seinor vocational school and the stratification of their moral needs. Mainly starting with compreherding the educational object, obiding by the principle that different teaching according to differents students, to slove the most primary but important logic problem in the paper.Section Ⅱ: To analyze the current situation and main defect of the students in seinor voctional school. By moral knowledge, moral feeling and moral behavior to investigate and analyze the students’ moral qualities, and find out most of students get better qualities, howerer the students with moral problems are in great number and many fields which displayed by the estrangement to social moral norms in different degree, theindifference to the "virtue"and the plpularity of the bad moral behaviors.Section Ⅲ: To analyze and search the cause of such moral problems. The found is that there are five respects effecting: 1,The influence of dark side in some way, such as social political, economic and cultural, etc.2, The incorrect education in family. 3, The inclination in school in which "skill is heary and morality light".4, The fluence from fellow students or schoolmates. 5, The factors of self-mentality. Above all, the second and fifth one are the main causes of moral problems.Section Ⅳ: To find out the contermeasures by view of existing situation. According to the paper, starting with life circle of students, the major measure should include such respects: to stregthen class building and rectify the discipline in school; to give free rein to family and community education by connecting head of household with society, and so on. Finally to form a stereoscopic system of moral educational policy which is dominated by school and combines the family factors with social ones.
