论高职德育中学生主体意识的培养和发展

【摘要】 我国的高等职业教育是在中等文化起点、基础上,培养生产、管理、服务第一线、具备综合职业能力和全面素质的高级应用技术型人才的专业教育。作为学历高等职业技术教育,在我国近几年新近起步,着眼于高职教育培养目标、人才素质,对其管理、教学、德育工作进行探索,尽快建立完善、有效的教育工作体系、机制,是理论界、教育界关注的课题。在近年来自身理论研究中,我认为主体意识的发展、完善是社会进步和个体成熟的重要标志,在工作实践中体会到:渗透和突出学生主体意识的培养是教育工作的着眼点,更是实现人才培养目标、促进学生成功社会化的关键。本文系统地论证和探索了高职学生主体意识培养和发展的学校德育工作机制和学生自我发展机制。全文共三部分: 第一部分:主体意识、高职教育概述及培养高职学生主体意识的重要意义。立足主体意识的内涵、结构,着眼于高职教育的培养目标、培养模式,提出高职学生主体意识结构、目标,重点分析培养学生主体意识在高职教育中的重要地位以及适应时代发展的必然性。 第二部分:探索高职学生主体意识发展的德育引导和教育环境的优化。包括:教师的教育观念和学校德育目标导向要着眼于学生主体意识发展和端正;教学活动中渗透主体意识、精神培养,培养学生主体意识的德育工作途径。 第三部分:探索提高、端正学生主体意识的学生自我发展机制及其中的德育工作引导。包括:健全自我意识,以增强学生自觉性主体意识;主动自我教育、修养,以增强自主性主体意识;积极交往和实践,以发展并展示能动性主体意识;追求自我实现和自我超越,以增强创造性主体意识;全面自由发展个性和优化人格,以实现自由性主体意识。
【Abstract】 The education of higher vocational & Technical College in our country takes secondary education as starting points to train advanced practical people of talent in production, administration, service who possess multiple abilities and all-round developments. It’s the most important subject which attracts the attention of theoreticians and educationists because they know this subject needs research and studies in its administration teaching and moral education so as to build up quickly a working and effective system and mechanism. Only in this way can we enhance the higher vocational & technical education and perfect the graduates’ structures. In recent year’s study of theory, I think the development and perfection of the consciousness o the subject body is a symbol of social progress and individual maturity. Meanwhile, I realize in the practice that enhancing the cultivation of the students’ subject consciousness is the most principal melody and also the target in moral education and teaching practice. All this can realize the purpose of training people of talents and can be the important factor of promoting the success of all students. This paper proves systemically how to cultivate and develop the students’ subject consciousness in moral education and how to develop the students themselves. The paper consists of three parts:Section one: On the importance of cultivating students’ subject consciousness in higher vocational & technical education. Based on the implication and structure of subject consciousness, aiming at the training object and cultivation model of higher vocational & technical education, The author proposes subject consciousness developing target of higher vocational school students and analyzes the importance in higher vocationaleducation as well as the necessity in modernization to cultivate students’ subject consciousness.Section two: This part explores how to develop higher vocational students’ subject consciousness guided by moral education and how to optimize the education environment. It includes: First, education awareness of teachers and the goal-direction of school’s moral education aims at developing and rectifying students’ subject consciousness in teaching activity; Thirdly, discusses how teachers cultivate students’ subject consciousness through moral education.Section three: This part explores the mechanism of raising and rectifying subject consciousness by students themselves as well as the moral orientation in the development. This part includes: Amplifying self-consciousness to enhance awareness; Self-teaching and self-cultivating initially to enhance the autonomy of subject consciousness; Contacting and practicing positively to develop activity subject consciousness; Self-fulfilling and transcend to enhance creative subject consciousness by brave; Develop their individuality in all-rounded way and optimizing their personality to realize free subject consciousness.
