【摘要】 进入21世纪，小学德育工作面临国际国内新形势，如何加强小学德育工作的针对性、实效性，是当前小学德育工作的新课题。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上，对增强小学德育工作实效性进行了研究。全文共分三部分： 第一部分：从国内外形势的新变化、教育改革与发展的新任务、小学德育工作的新情况、学生主体出现的新特点四个方面分析了当前小学德育工作面临的新环境，阐明了提高新世纪小学德育工作实效性的重要意义。 第二部分：从小学德育工作取得的成绩和存在诸多不适应两方面对目前小学德育工作实效现状进行了详细的分析。 第三部分：立足于战略高度，更新观念，构建适合小学生身心发展的德育课程，充分利用德育工作的各种载体，创新德育工作方法，提高教师的职业道德素质，形成学校、家庭和社会德育合力是切实增强小学德育工作实效性的措施与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the twenty-one century, how to enhance moral education in primary schools efficiently in light of increasingly changing new international and national conditions is always a hot theme, In this paper, I come up with some advice on this theme. In order to formulate our ideas explicitly, I divides it into three sections.Section one, I analyze the backgrounds of moral education in primary schools in China on four different aspects: the new circumstances of the moral education in primary schools, the changes of the situation at home and abroad, the new task of education reform and development, the new conditions of the moral education and the new characteristics of students, to show that it is so urgent that moral education should be efficiently.Section two, from the achievements and the unsuitableness of the present’s moral education, I make a detailed analysis of the current situation of the moral education in primary schools. Therefore, I point out that there is still a long way to go in this field.Section three, I give some suggestive steps based on the following aspects: the global strategy, the transmit of old notions, the structures of moral education curriculums of primary schools, the means and carriage of moral education, the enforcement of executors’ professional qualities and the combination force of these schools, families and society.更多还原
