青少年与黑恶势力犯罪问题研究

【摘要】 近年来，随着我国经济的发展和改革开放的深入，在我国一度灭绝的黑恶势力犯罪以新的表现形式死灰复燃，对社会的政治、经济、文化和人民的安居乐业造成了严重危害。尤其是在黑恶势力犯罪中，青少年成为其“中坚”和“骨干”，黑恶势力犯罪对青少年的健康成长造成了巨大而恶劣的影响。论文通过对黑恶势力犯罪及其和青少年关系、对青少年危害等的分析，运用马克思主义的思想、观点、方法，深入研究了新时期防范、抵御黑恶势力对青少年消极影响的对策，进而探寻了打击黑恶势力“治本”性质的方法。论文大体分为四个部分。绪论部分概述了当前黑恶势力犯罪已成为社会一大“毒瘤”，对社会造成极大危害，青少年已成为犯罪的高发群体，并与黑恶势力犯罪密切相连，加强青少年与黑恶势力犯罪问题研究，意义重大而深远。正文第一部分论述了黑恶势力犯罪的基本概念和基本特征、我国黑恶势力犯罪产生的原因和条件、我国黑恶势力犯罪现状和发展趋势，对我国的黑恶势力犯罪进行了面上的把握。第二部分重点论述青少年和黑恶势力犯罪之间的关系，通过对现象的概括，为寻找对策提供了理论上的依据。包括青少年在黑恶势力犯罪中的主要表现形式和所起作用、青少年参与黑恶势力犯罪的主客观原因、黑恶势力侵蚀青少年群体的主要方式、黑恶势力犯罪对青少年成长的恶劣影响、青少年的群体特征和黑恶势力犯罪的关系等方面。第三部分深入探讨了防范、抵制黑恶势力犯罪对青少年影响的对策，从加强青少年教育的重要性、必要性、国家、家庭、学校、社区、涉黑恶青少年心理、经济建设、综合治理等多个侧面提出了有针对性的对策措施，其中关于江湖义气等的论述观点独到，别开生面，论述精辟，引人思考。论文结束时对加强青少年与黑恶势力犯罪研究，促使青少年健康成长进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, along with the economical development and the deep reform, the crimes by the syndicates and evil forces appear again that they have been destroyed completely. The crimes are destroying our country’s politics, economy, culture and people’s security severely. Particularly, in the crimes, teenagers and youths is becoming its" main force" and the crimes make bad influences for the growing of youths. The thesis analyses the crimes by the syndicates and evil forces and the relation with youths etc, by using the Marxian applications, standpoints and methods. And studies the radical measures of preventing and combating against the crime. The thesis has four parts. The exordium summarizes the crimes by the syndicates and evil forces are becoming the social" cancer" and making the society a great danger. The teenagers and youths become the biggest group of crimes, and this group combines with the syndicates and evil forces close. Enhancing the research is very important and profound. The first part of straight matter discusses the basic concepts and characteristics of the syndicates and evil forces, the reasons and conditions of the rising of the syndicates and evil forces, the present situation and trend of the crimes. The second part of straight matter discusses the relation between the crimes by the syndicates and evil forces and youths. Including the main manifestation of youths in the crimes, the subjective and impersonal reasons of the youths joining the criminal organizations, the modes of the syndicates and evil forces hurting youths, the bad influences for youths, the characteristic of youths’ community, and etc. The third part of straight matter studies the measures of preventing and resisting the crimes’ negative influence to youths by syndicates and evil forces, by the discussion of importance, necessity of education. And from the sides of nation, family, school, community, mental character of youths, this part provides many plans to keep the negative influences within limits.
