【摘要】 基于FSK的固网短消息电话近两年发展迅速，但是收发的短信息长度有限，没有解决三网互联的应用需要。我们所提出的基于TCP／IP的信息电话旨在解决上述问题。同时，内置的多层网络协议(TCP／IP、PPP、POP3、SMTP、DNS)使其具有强大的可扩充性。 本论文给出了基于TCP／IP的信息电话和相关增值服务系统原型的设计和实现。信息电话是在传统固定电话的基础上，添加新研制的带有调制解调器功能的芯片和相应的操作系统，从而完成了自动收发邮件和短消息的功能，实现了三电(电信、电子技术、家电)一体化。另外相关的增值服务系统完成了短消息中心和网关的功能，从而达到了基于短消息和邮件的三网(GSM、PSTN、Internet)互联的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the design and implementation of a TCP/IP based information telephone and the associated Value-Added Service (VAS) system is presented. The information telephone, which can automatically send and receive e-mail and Short Message Service (SMS), is implemented by adding a new chip to a conventional telephone. The development the new chip and its operating system is discussed. As a Short Message Center (SMC) and a gateway, the VAS system connects the Internet, PSTN and GSM with e-mail and SMS.更多还原
