基于ANSYS和实例的结构智能设计模板的研究与应用

【摘要】 结构设计一直是工程设计中是很重要的一部分。随着计算机辅助设计(CAD)和计算机辅助分析(CAE)水平日益提高,对工程结构设计的智能化和模块化越来越高,对设计的高效率化的要求也越来越高。 本文主要是对结构智能设计模板进行了研究与开发。首先本文在第一章分析了CAD/CAE技术以及智能化方法在结构设计中应用的现状,提出了基于ANSYS二次开发的结构分析方法、CBR技术、基于ObjectARX的参数化绘图结合于一体进行结构智能设计的模式和基本方法。在第二章介绍ANSYS二次开发的方法和接口,并运用APDL语言进行ANSYS的二次开发。在第三章中,介绍了CBR技术的原理和特点,以龙门起重机结构设计为例,并将之运用到结构智能设计模板中。由于本文中结构智能设计模板是运用面向对象的编程语言C++进行编程,利用WINDOWS消息机制实现对应用程序ANSYS进行控制的,所以在第四章介绍了面向对象的编程以及WINDOWS消息机制的相关内容,在此基础上进行了结构智能设计模板程序的设计。目前参数化技术是衡量CAD软件优劣的重要技术指标,结构智能设计模板的重要特点之一是参数化技术的应用,在第五章主要就参数化技术的基本原理和方法进行了分析,并讨论了在结构智能设计模板中的应用。第六章主要介绍了ObjectARX的基本概念和开发方法,对ObjectARX在结构智能设计模板中的应用提出了初步的设想。第七章以一个实例——龙门起重机结构智能设计模板——将前面几章介绍的技术融合在一起,开发出了龙门起重机结构智能设计模板。第八章是总结和展望,指出了本文的主要成果和将要进一步做的工作。 本文运用ANSYS的二次开发语言APDL语言、面向对象的可视化编程技术、Windows消息机制、CBR技术以及参数化自动绘图技术等对结构智能设计模板进行了研究与开发,并将它运用于港口机械如集装箱龙门起重机的结构设计中,这不但减轻了劳动强度,提高了设计效率,而且对相关结构的设计具有一定的针对性和实用价值。

【Abstract】 Structure design is very important part of engineering design. With the development of Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Engineering, it is emphasized that engineering structure design must be intelligentized and individually more and more, meanwhile the Engineering structure design must be high-efficiency.The thesis mainly focuses on studying and developing structure intelligent design template. At first chapter 1 of the thesis analyzes the development of application of CAD&CAE and intelligentized method to structure design, put forth the basic method and mode to structure intelligentized designing combining with structure analysis method based on re-development of ANSYS, with CBR method, with parametric drawing based ObjectARX. Chapter 2 introduces the method and interface of ANSYS with re-development method by APDL. Chapter 3 introduce the CBR method and applies it to structure intelligence design template. Because of applying the object-oriented method of design software to develop structure intelligence design, applying windows message system to control application, chapter 4 introduces the object-oriented method of design software and windows message system, and applies it to the program of development of structure intelligence design template. At present,the parameter technology is an important index of CAD software, one of the important characteristics about structure intelligence design is the applycation to parameter technology. So chapter 5 analyse the basic theory and method of parametric technology, and discusses the application to structure intelligence design template .Chapter 6 introduces the basic concept and basic exploiting method of ObjectARX , the primary idea of applying ObjectARX to structure intelligence design template is presented . Chapter 7 .with an instance of Structure intelligent design template of the gantry crane develops the structure intelligent designtemplate of the gantry crane in combination of the technology that the thesis comments above. Chapter 8 summarizes the research work in this thises, point out the main achievement of this thesis and work that will be done further.This thesis studies and develops the intelligent design template of the structure with the application of the language APDL of ANSYS ,object-oriented method of design software, Windows message mechanism , CBR technology and parameter automatic drawing technology etc to port machinery like the structure design of the container gantry, It not only has lightenned labour intensity and improved efficiency of designing, but also be certain pertinence and practical value to the design of the relevant structure.
