船舶机械维修远程教育及支持系统研究

【摘要】 信息技术的快速发展,促进人类社会生活的信息化。远程教育的发展就是一个典型的例子。而在制造业中,信息技术在企业信息管理、生产过程控制、状态监测和故障诊断等方面广泛应用,极大地推动了制造业的发展。设备管理和维修行业要取得更大的发展,也须充分借助于信息技术。 在船机维修领域,随着船舶机械设备的日益复杂、维修管理水平的提高和维修技术的发展,对设备维修人员也提出了更高的要求,亟待建立有效的维修教育与培训体系,以培养高级维修管理和技术人才。利用Internet开展修船远程教育是一个很好的选择。 本文概括了现代远程教育目前的发展情况;分析了远程教育技术的优点和远程教育系统的构建;对于如何利用WWW技术、ASP技术开展船机维修的远程教育与远程支持作了初探;研究了船机维修中相关的知识与技术,开发了船机维修远程教育与支持系统。 本系统的开发利用ASP技术初步建立了船机维修远程教育及支持系统,对于船机设备、零部件作了层次性的划分,提出了相应的编码方法;对于船机设备、零部件常见的失效形式、检测方法、预防措施、修复工艺进行了搜集与整理并进行了编码;设计了分级的远程查询方法;以页面的形式展示了各种失效形式、检测方法、预防措施和修复工艺;提供了船机维修网上专业论坛;初步实现了系统开发的目标。

【Abstract】 The information technology is in rapid development by now and is used more and more widely. It has changed people’s life style, which Distance Education is a good example. On the other hand, the application of information technology on company’s information management, manufacturing process controlling, condition monitoring and default diagnosis has strongly pushed manufacturing industry. So it can conclude that device management and maintenance should make good use of information technology to acquire more development.In the area of marine machinery maintenance, mechanical device is more and more complex and the maintenance technology has been rapidly developed. A useful education and training system on marine machinery maintenance should be established to produce high-level maintenance managers and technicians. To do this, the employ of Internet should be a good choice.In this paper, I reviewed the history of Distance Education and made a survey of its advantages; discussed the construction of Distance Education system. I also made a simple discussion on how to use WWW and ASP to do distant education and supporting on marine machinery maintenance, and a sample system was provided.In this system, the marine mechanical devices are sorted by level and coded respectively; A distant query method based on ASP and ADO is designed by which the user can access the system from client-side browser; Common mechanical defaults, detecting methods, default-avoiding methods and repairing methods are demonstrated in the form of Web page; A specialized BBS on marine machinery maintenance is also provided as a communication tool.
