【摘要】 本文主要进行了LED显示屏和网络技术的信息发布方式在高校教学管理和船舶生产管理中的应用研究。 在高校，教学管理特点决定了高校教学管理部门需要向学生和老师发布大量的信息，以维系正常的教学秩序。采用传统的黑板、纸张张贴向师生发布信息的方式存在一些不足之处，有时对教学秩序造成一定程度的影响。在船厂，国内外自60年代开始CAD、CAPP、CAM的集成研究，并取得丰硕的成果。但这些都是一个个相互独立的方面，为了提高船厂生产的自动化程度，为了更有效的利用这些软硬件，必须把它们联接起来。信息的传播正是联系它们的桥梁和纽带。此外，在船厂的生产和管理部门有很多公共信息要向广大职工发布。为此，本文介绍了“高校教学管理信息发布系统”的开发与研究，并在此基础上，进一步探讨了船厂生产管理信息的发布。 本文介绍了LED大屏幕实现方法和工作原理。在硬件设计上，采用三片CPU分工合作来解决通信稳定性和刷新速度的问题。在控制软件中，采用OLE DB方法实现了数据库编程；应用FoxPro实现了数据库的信息查询；采用了Windows多线程方法解决由于通信速度慢对软件其它部分或其他应用软件的影响；实现了由作息时间表和节目播放表来控制信息发布，开发了适合高校教务管理的信息播放栏目。控制软件可以控制文本、表格、图像等信息的发布，还可以与数据库建立连接后进行数据库信息查询。基于LED显示屏的“高校教学管理信息发布系统”使用情况良好，受到了学校师生的欢迎。 根据船厂信息发布与接受的对象，应用网络技术与LED显示屏技术，本文提出了船舶生产管理信息发布模型。对船厂外部信息接受对象，采用互联网方式发布信息；对船厂内部的各个职能部门和生产单位，采用局域网进行信息交流与合作；对船厂公共场合的广大职工，采用LED大屏幕进行信息发布。本文讨论了互联网和局域网在船厂商务、技术交流合作、生产管理中发挥的作用；简单介绍了网站的建设、管理和维护过程，为在船厂建立以网络和LED大屏幕为基础的生产管理信息发布系统打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to study the application of information releasing style based on LED displaying board and network in college teaching management and shipyard producing management.In colleges,to maintain the teaching order,and the characters of teaching management determines that the department of teaching management has much information to release to faculties and students. There are some defects to do it with traditional blackboard and paper,which even impacts the teaching order. In shipyards,it’s developed internationally to integrate CAD,CAPP CAM and so on. And it has gained many achievements. But all of them are virtually identical independent. In order to use them efficiently,they must be linked. Information delivering is just the bridge among them. Moreover,there is much common information to release to the staff during the producing procedure in shipyards. So this paper introduces the study and development of college’s teaching managing information releasing system. Based.on it,the shipyard’s producing and managing information releasing system is discussed.The working principle and realization of large LED electric screen are introduced. On hard design,three CPU cooperate to improve the stability of communication and speed of refurbishing screen. On soft design,compiles database program with OLE DB;realize the DB querying program with FoxPro;improves the slow speed in communication with multi-thread;Controls the releasing of information with working-table and releasing-table,develops the information releasing columns. The application can control the releasing of text,table and picture information,can also query database after connected with it. Users have accepted this system.According to information releasing and subjects,using network and LED electric screen,this paper provides the model of shipyard produce and management information releasing system,which releasing information to outer subject with internet,to inner department with LAN,to staff in common place with LED electric screen. So this paper also discusses the function of network will perform in shipyard. Briefly introduces the establishment,management and maintenance procedure of network,make base for using it in shipyards.更多还原
