塑料异型材挤出模具CAD技术的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文以SolidWorks 2000为开发平台,在全面熟悉与掌握塑料异型材挤出模具设计过程和软件系统各组成模块功能及其提供的各种二次开发工具的基础上,结合塑料异型材挤出模具的设计过程及其特点,利用VB面向对象的编程技术,创建了塑料异型材挤出模具的CAD系统部分模块。 另外,本文还采用编程的方法,建立了塑料异型材挤出模具的标准模板及其常用零件和标准件的三维参数化图库。在此基础上,建立了塑料异型材挤出模具的CAD系统。并对塑料异型材挤出模具的三维参数化图形库的建立方法、参数化绘图的实现、面向对象的编程技术、数据库的应用等技术进行了较为深入的研究和探索。在原软件界面的基础上设计了直观方便、符合塑料异型材挤出模具设计要求的专用菜单。最后,通过一个实例,演示了设计过程。结果表明,系统设计思想正确,操作方便简单,运行可靠,基本能够适合模具设计的要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, based on comprehensive familiarity and mastery of Plastics profiles extrusion mold and the function modules of the SolidWorks ’.’ and the second developing tool it supplied. Through analysis about the process and characteristic of plastics profiles extrusion mold design, part module of a CAD system for the plastics profiles extrusion mold was developed, where VB was applied as developing tool.In addition, a parametric graphics library of standard mould base and its frequently used components and standard parts of extrusion mold was built on the platform by program. On the basis of the above work, a CAD system of plastics profiles extrusion mold was created. In all this process the constitute methods of parametric graphic library of extrusion mold, the realization of parametric drafting, the technology of object-oriented programming and the applications of database were systematically explored. A user-friendly visual special interface was customized on the basis of intrinsic interface, which accorded with the demands of mold design. At last, an actual process of the extrusion mold design for a typical plastic part was demonstrated, which show that the idea of system is feasible and it can be used expediently to satisfy the demands of mold design.
