远程诊断信号处理技术与系统研究

【摘要】 远程故障诊断是在二十世纪九十年代中期随着Internet技术的迅猛发展而出现的新兴研究领域,并显示出强盛的生命力。发展远程故障诊断技术是积极利用互联网资源、提高生产效率和降低企业成本的有效途径。 数字信号处理技术始终是进行故障诊断的核心,特别是现代数字信号处理技术的出现和发展,使故障诊断步入了新的春天。论文针对传统Fourier变换只能在频域上对稳定信号进行分析的不足,探讨了利用小波变换进行非平稳信号分析的算法和应用,并在两者之间做了比较。展示了离散正交小波变换的Mallat快速算法和小波包系数分解的快速算法;重点应用Daubeches小波探讨了小波变换在信号滤波去噪中的应用和实验,阐述了其基本原理和通过阈值化处理实现滤波的具体方法;探讨了用小波变换进行故障特征提取的原理,说明了小波变换模极大值和信号突变点之间的关系以及怎样用李氏指数来表征突变点的性质。针对小波变换分析复杂非线性机械系统时表现出的力不从心,又尝试探讨了分形理论在故障诊断领域中的应用,讨论了分形维数的概念、物理意义和应用,并通过滚动轴承和发动机燃烧振动信号的分析例示探讨和展示了应用分形方法进行故障诊断的方法和过程。 网络通讯技术的发展为实现远程业务提供了基础,分布式技术、基于构件的可重用技术以及面向对象的封装技术则为远程系统的实现提供了软件基础。论文结合远程故障诊断系统研究的现状,在对现有互联网应用技术分析甄别的基础之上,提出了利用Windows分布式网络互连应用体系(Windows DNA)架构远程故障诊断信号处理系统的方案,指出基于Windows DNA的远程诊断信号处理系统由于其良好的分布式架构思想、开放性、可扩展性以及良好的环境适应性等特点必将对远程故障诊断系统的进一步研究发挥积极的作用。本文详细介绍了分布式计算环境和分布式技术,阐述了Windows DNA技术所能提供的服务和功能;探讨了利用Windows DNA创建远程信号处理系统的可行性,提出了利用Windows DNA技术架构远程诊断信号处理系统的具体方法,展示了系统具有的组成结构,并说明了系统的网络安全性等问题。

【Abstract】 Remote fault diagnosis starts a new research field with the perfection of Internet technology from the middle of 1990’s, and shows its prosperous future. Developing remote fault diagnosis is the effective approach to making good use of Internet resources, improving production efficiency and lowering enterprise costs.Digital signal processing(DSP) is the core of fault diagnosis technology, especially, which has been brought into a completely new Spring with the development of modern DSP. The algorithm and application to unstationary signal analysis are distussed with wavelet transform in order to overcome defect of Fourier transform only applied to stationary signal analysis on frequency domain. Some comparisons are made between them. Fast algorithms of both discrete and orthonormal wavelet and wavelet packet coefficient are diagrammatized to be introduced. Daubechies wavelet is applied to help to discuss the application and test on signal filtering and noise reduction with the principle and threshold implementation; The basic principle to pickup the fault characteristics is introduced mainly about the relations between the maximum module and signal saltation point and how to characterize the saltation point with Lipschitz exponent. The fractal theory application to fault diagnosis is tried in order to overcome the defect of wavelet transform to nonlinear signal analysis and complicated machine diagnosis, including the concept, function and application about fractal dimension and the process of applying it to analyze the libration signal of rolling bearing and engine burning.Development of networking makes good hardware foundation for the remote technology, and distributed idea, component-based reusable technology and object-oriented encapsulation make good software foundation for creating network application system. According to the present research of remote diagnostic system, analyzed the various Internet applications, proposed the framework-based on Windows Distributed interNet Application(Windows DNA) which caters to the overlord marketing of Windows platform in the world. And this framework would develop his great function in the remote field because of its distribution, opening, scalability and good adaptability. The concept and technology of distributed computing environment are introduced in detail, followed by the introduction of service and function which Windows DNA provides. The feasibility of applying Windows DNA to remote fault diagnostic system is discussed and afterwards showed its construction in detail, network security plus.
