生物医药领域投资机会的选择

【摘要】 以基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程和蛋白质工程技术为代表的现代生物技术是21世纪世界科技创新的前沿，大力发展生物技术及其产业已成为各国投资发展的核心产业及经济战略重点，并制定了一系列优惠的政策和法规，扶植和鼓励其发展。生物技术引入医药产业，使得生物医药业成为最活跃、进展最快的产业之一，是21世纪的朝阳产业。 论文在对国内外生物医药行业发展现状进行多方位分析、总结的基础上，针对我国目前该行业中投资存在的“投资领域过于集中、投资者在思想认识、资金实力和投资方向方面与行业特点存在着较大的差距、风险投资环境尚未健全、运作管理相对滞后”等问题，利用“价值链理论”对该行业的投资机会加以分析，提出了“生物医药产业价值链的战略环节为产品创新，而产品创新的立足点在于研发功能基因等专有技术”等观点，建议投资者应在充分理解、把握生物医药行业及生物技术产品特点的前提下，根据目前自身的优势，强强联合、优势互补，制定有针对性的投资战略、配之灵活有效的投资保障体系，从而构建自身未来的核心竞争能力，以使未来此领域投资者的投资机会更准把握，投资行为更趋理智，投资风险更为降低，投资收益更加丰厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern biotechnology, represented by gene engineering, cell engineering, enzyme engineering, fermentation engineering and protein engineering, is the forefront for scientific innovation in the 21st century. Developing ?iological technique and its relevant industry vigorously has become the core of investment and keystone in economic strategy of many countries around the world. A series of preferential policies and regulations have been set down in order to foster and encourage its development. Biological technique’s introduction to pharmaceutical industry has made the bio-pharrnaceutical industry one of the most dynamic and fastest developing industries, and the rising industry in the 21st century.On the basis of the multi-angle analysis in details to the present development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in China and abroad, the thesis is aimed at arising problems nowadays during investment activities in the industry. That is such problems as over-concentrated investment fields, big gaps between aspects of understanding, actual capital capacity, investment directions and those of the industry characteristics, irregular venture investment environment and relative backward operation management and so far. By utilizing "the Theory on Value Chain", the thesis advancesthat the strategic segment of the value chain in the bio-pharmaceutical industry is innovation of the bio-medical products, while the foothold of the product innovation lays on know-how researching and developing functional genes. Thus the thesis proposes that under the premises of full understanding and grasping characteristics of the industry and corresponding products could investors give full play to their own advantages to date and collaborate the strong with mutual benefit Meanwhile, investors would draw up purposeful investment strategy and build up flexible and effective guarantee system of investments. Therefore, it would help the future investors not only to build up core competition capacity of their own in the long run, but also to grasp the investment opportunities more accurately, make their investment action more reasonable, lower the investment risks further and get richer return on investment.更多还原
