基于ARX的船体实体造型与应用研究

【摘要】 目前,CAD技术日趋成熟、应用日益广泛,有力地促进了全球高新技术的发展和新产品的迅速更新换代,推动了几乎一切领域的设计革命。可以说,最终实现三维设计,是历史发展的必然。作为三维设计的基础,几何造型技术的发展与应用水平将决定着三维设计的实现程度。本文以面向实践的应用型研究为指导思想,采用AutoCAD提供的功能强大的二次开发工具ARX,对几何造型中表达最完善的实体造型技术进行了研究,并对船体以及舱室进行了实体造型的实际设计,开发了相应的软件,使船舶设计向着三维设计的方向迈进了坚实的一步。利用船体实体造型的成果,本文以三维的思想重新对船舶稳性计算过程进行了设计,使船舶稳性计算进入到三维模式,取得了一定的应用成果。概括本论文的工作主要如下: (1)利用AutoCAD二次开发工具ARX,在船体曲面造型的基础上,提出了全船船体实体造型的方法。该方法模型简洁可靠,经过实际船体实体造型检验,证明了这种方法极具实用价值。 (2)以ARX为开发工具,进行了船体舱室实体造型的研究。对全船舱室进行分类描述,采用不同方法造型。通过对45000吨化学品船的实船舱室造型设计,证明了舱室实体造型方法的实用性,使分舱设计、舱室表达进入到三维设计模式。 (3)进行了实体造型在稳性计算上的应用研究。提出基于三维模式进行稳性计算的思想,适用范围广泛,使船舶完整稳性与破舱稳性的计算进入到三维模式。完成了三维情况下按照实际情况修正自由液面的研究。开发有相应的稳性曲线计算、自由液面修正计算、舱容计算ARX应用程序。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the technology of CAD is deeply applied in more and more fields. It makes a big revolution in nearly all the design realm. The application of three-dimensional design is the result of technology development. As the base of three-dimensional design, geometry modeling technology will restrict the degree of three-dimensional design’s application. Solid modeling, the most perfect in geometry modeling, is studied in this article under practicality’s direction. As examples, the solid ship and solid holds are designed. The corresponding software is also developed. This pushes the design to the right direction of three-dimensional design. The chief achievement of this article is listed as follows:i) With the help of the ARX tools, a method of constructing the ship’s solid modeling is presented based on the ship’s surface modeling. This model is simple and reliable. The following design of real ship proves the validity of this method.ii)The studying on tanks’ solid modeling is developed with ARX tools. All the holds are classified and expressed with different ways. A example of real ship attests the utility of this method. This benefits the ship holds subdivision design in three-dimensional way.iii) The stability calculation based on solid modeling is studied. The idea of calculation with three-dimension is bringing forward. It can nearly apply to all kinds of stability calculation. A correction method for effect on stability of free surface is putting forward. This method is based on reality and three-dimensional technique. The programs of stability curve calculation, free surface correction and holds capacity volume calculation are developed with AutoCAD ARX.
