高桥化工厂设备管理信息系统分析与初步设计

【摘要】 设备管理是石化企业生产经营管理中不可缺少的重要组成部分，是生产装置安全运行和提高效益的重要保证。 本文从如何借助信息系统的强大功能，以提高设备管理的质量和效率的目的出发，对高桥化工厂设备管理工作流程进行了分析，探讨了建立设备管理信息系统的可行性，并给出了高桥化工厂设备管理信息系统的初步设计方案。同时，论文还对在系统开发和实施中所采用的方式和可能遇到的问题进行了讨论。 本文力图推进石化企业的管理信息化的实践应用，提高设备管理工作的层次。更多还原

【Abstract】 Equipment management is the indispensable part in the business management to guarantee the safety of plant and the high efficiency of production.For the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of equipment with the assistance of information system, the dissertation studies and analyzes the equipment management process in the Gao-Qiao petro-chemical works (GPCW). It describes the feasibility of equipment management information system for GPCW. The general design of MIS in GPCW is recommended. The method used in the system development and the possible difficulties during the MIS operation are also discussed.The dissertation is to farther the informationization of petrochemical enterprises.更多还原
