机床切削力信号在线监测系统的开发

【摘要】 在机械加工过程中,为了安全可靠的生产,对加工过程进行监测和控制是很必要的。本课题就是研究利用计算机采集数据和信息,对加工过程实现实时监控。 本课题是在Visual C++环境下开发数控机床切削力在线状态监测系统,它主要包括切削力信号的采集、实时监测和后续处理与分析。信号采集是利用压电传感器测得信号并送入计算机,通过对数据采集板进行编程,实时采集并动态显示信号,从而监控加工过程。信号处理是将采集来的数据进行后续处理与分析,它包括显示、滤波、相关分析、谱分析等,经过时域和频域分析信号,可以得出信号的特征。最后,通过监控具体的车削力信号,验证了本系统的实用性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 It is necessary to monitor and control the manufacturing procedure during the course of working. Thus it can be safe and reliable to carry through the production .The research of the paper realizes real-time monitoring the process through computer collecting data and information.The thesis is a system of on-line monitoring the cutting force of numerical control machine, which implements using Visual C++. It concludes the collecting of data, real time monitoring and subsequent processing and analyzing of cutting force.In the part of signal acquisition, the system gets signal through piezoelectric sensor and real time collects it through programming the card of data acquisition, at the same time, displays the signal dynamic. So it can be monitoring the cutting force. In the part of signal processing, the system realizes processing and analyzing of signal. It includes showing, filtering, correlation and spectrum analyzing the signal so as to get the character of cutting force. In the end of the paper, the system is proved through monitoring the signal of turning force. Thus the system is use and reliable.
