【摘要】 1994年，美国青年人杰夫．贝佐斯（Jaff Bezos）酷爱因特网，通过认 真思考，决定在因特网上销售图书。1995年他租了一个地下车库开始了他 的事业，第二年就创下了2000万美元的收入，通过5年的努力，他创下了 年销售额6亿美元的奇绩，从一个小小的地下车库书店，一跃成为全球瞩目 的大书店，这就是他所创造的所谓Amazon神话。 随着信息化程度的不断提高，个人电脑和因特网的迅猛发展，一个互 联的、全球的电子商务的时代己经到来。通过艰苦而漫长的15年谈判，中 国终于加入了WTO。知识经济，信息时代使“地球村”越来越形象化，“全 球经济一体化”已越来越现实地摆在我们面前，如何面对入世，如何迎接全 球经济文化的冲击和挑战，已经明明确确地摆上了我们的议事日程。 有人预言，传统企业是一头睡狮，一旦信息化了，将实力倍增。也有 人指出：电子商务是世界潮流，代表了国际贸易的一种新形式，是经济全球 化的一个非常重要的特征，全世界都在搞电子商务，如果谁不搞，就会被开 除世界贸易的球籍。 我国的中小企业多为传统企业，我国开展电子商务的呼声很高，从国 家到地方政府都非常重视，但实际效果和进程都不甚理想。尤其是中小型企 业，开展甚慢，本文从未来发展的需要，对中小企业开展电子商务进行肤浅 的探讨，希望能起抛砖引玉的作用，引起人们的重视，共同来唤醒睡狮，振 兴我们的民族企业。中华民族的神话很多，如果我们能认真去做，也许我们 也可以创造一个中国关于电子商务的新神话。 本文主要从中小企业的角度出发，着重论述了中小企业开展电子商务 的重要和必要性，以及如何开展电子商务。文章共分五个部分： （1）绪论 首先简单地阐述了电子商务的基本概念，开展电子商务比传统商务活 动的优点，并用调查数据说明了我国中小企业在国民经济中所处的地位，中 小企业已成为促进我国经济快速增长和维护社会稳定的重要支撑力量，在出 口创汇、优化产业结构方面均发挥越来越重要的作用。同时阐述了中小企业 的现状和经营特点。 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 门）开展电子商务是中小企业生存和发展的重要途径 从中小企业的特点出发，阐述了中小企业开展电于商务的重要性，以 及电子商务的开展能给中小企业带来的契机和优势，同时谈了我国中小企业 开展电子商务的现状、困难和存在的问题。 （3）中小企业电子商务应用系统的开发 针对我国中小企业在电子商务开展和应用方面普遍存在应用面不广，效 果不佳，成效不大的现状，从企业的各项业务管理的需要出发，对中小企业 如何开展电子商务谈了些看法，认为在中小企业的电子商务系统开发中必须 进行可行性分析论证，应用系统规划，应用系统分析，应用系统设计等几个 步骤，以及开发设计过程中应该注意到的各个方面。 （4）电于商务系统的运行 阐述了中小企业电子商务系统运用的简单过程，阐明了域名申请、网 站测试等工作是实现电子商务系统运行的前提和如何做好这些前提工作。 （5）电子商务系统运行的管理 阐述了网站宣传和日常监测是中小企业电子商务网站管理的基本工作， 以及如何做好这些工作，做好这些工作有利于中小企业电子商务网站作用的 发挥。更多还原
