业务流程重组(BPR)在企业资源计划(ERP)解决方案中的应用

【摘要】 本文从企业资源计划(ERP)和业务流程重组(BPR)的概念、产生和发展等问题入手,阐述了ERP和BPR之间的相互关系和二者最终走向结合的必然。对BPR在ERP解决方案中的应用作了初步研究。 企业资源计划(ERP),作为运用现代信息技术形成的经营管理模式,是一种融合了企业最佳实践和先进信息技术的新型管理工具。业务流程重组(BPR)是一种先进管理思想。它以业务流程为改造对象、对现有的业务流程进行彻底的再设计,利用先进的制造技术、信息技术以及现代化的管理手段、实现技术上的功能集成和管理上的职能集成,建立全新的过程型组织结构,从而实现企业经营在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面的巨大改善。 ERP这种反映现代管理思想的软件系统的实施,必然要求有相应的管理组织和方法与之相适应。因此,ERP与BPR存在着密切的联系。企业应用ERP只有在实施BPR的基础上才能获得最佳应用效果。 在考察中外企业成功的案例的基础上,从理论和实践两个方面对BPR的应用做了详细的总结。深刻阐述了业务流程重组(BPR)的必要性、原则、类型、实施要点和方法、成功的业务流程重组(BPR)所必须的几个阶段以及IT技术在业务流程重组(BPR)中的应用。强调指出,IT技术的采用是业务流程重组(BPR)获得巨大效果的一个关键。 IT技术在BPR中最重要和最有价值的应用是作为BPR实施过程中的管理和决策工具,来改变现有的业务流程,以求实现效率等方面的质的飞跃,达到重组的目的。尤其是在重组信息丰富的地方,合理应用IT可以使企业比竞争者具备更大的优势,成功地实施BPR。 针对企业实施BPR风险性高,成功率低的情况,对实施BPR过程中的种种认 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 识误区进行分析研究,并找出解决方案,以期对企业顺利进行企业流程重组有所帮 助。同时探讨了业务流程重纽(BPR)成败因素分析等方面的问题。 企业业务流程重纽是对传统管理模式的一种根本性变革,是对原来组织结构 彻底地重构。要保证BPR项目的顺利实施,分清持续改进与重组的关系、建立高效 的核心团队、正确建立经营远景、搞清业务流程对战略目标影响力的大小、了解信 息技术与BPR之间的关系以及注重人的因素是企业实施BPR所必须着重注意的要点。 通过对这些要点的把握,加强对BPR概念的理解,可以促使企业更好地抓住问题的 关键,避免误区的产生,捉高企业实施BPR成功的几率。 本文力求将业务流程重组(BPR)在企业资源计划(ERP)解决方案中的运用 进行一个理论化、系统化的论述,为今后企业ERP项目的实施做有益的探索。

【Abstract】 This paper expounded the connotation and correlation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) based on the conception and origin of them. It made a conclusion that ERP and BPR must to be combined. The paper to do some research of BPR apply to project of ERP.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a modern mode of management depending on advanced Information Technology. ERP is a new type management tools which relating to the practice of enterprise and information technology. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a modern idea of management. BPR ,regard business process as a aim ,reengineer the business process in existence. It realized integration of function in the technology and management utilizing modern technique manufacture,information technology and modern artifice of management. It established a new type of process organization and made huge improvement in several facets of management,such as cost,quality,service and speed.ERP,a software system that link to the modern idea of management,bring into effect,it must to require corresponding organization and method of management. So the ERP and BPR have some closed relations. The enterprises that actualize the ERP can get great benefit based on put in practice of BPR.Reviewed the successful case of enterprise,the paper summarized the application of BPR in two way,theory and practice. It minutely expatiatedthe problem of the BPR including the needs,the principia,the types,the essential and the method. It roundly discussed the course of successful BPR and Information Technology (IT) applied to BPR.It pointed out that the use of IT is a key to gain hugeness effects in BPR. The most importance and value use of IT is the tools of management and decision-making in the process of BPR applied. IT changed the business process existed,achieved the qualitative change of efficiency and got the aim of reengineering. Especially in the place of abundance of reengineering information,the enterprise utilized IT suitably can have hugeness preponderance than competitor and executed BPR successfully.Undertaking BPR is a high-risk,low-success proposition. In order to do some help to successful implementation of BPR in enterprises,this paper analyzed the major misunderstandings of BPR on implementation and finds the solution to avoid them. At the same time,It discussed the factor of success and failure in application of BPR.The Business Process Reengineering is the fundamental transform of conventional mode of management. It reengineered downright the pristine organization. In order to ensure success for BPR ,we must distinguish between continuous ameliorating and reengineering,found high efficiency of core group,established management programming,made sure the effect of strategical goal that the business process brought to,understood the relation between the IT and the BPR,pay attention to the factor of human,and so on. All of these are the outline of the BPR carried into execution. Throughgrasped these outline and understood the concept of the BPR,we can get hold of the key of the problem,avoided to make mistake and enhanced the probability of success in which the enterprise brought BPR into effect.The paper wanted to give some conclusions of BPR applied to project of ERP and beneficially explored the project of ERP that put in practice for enterprises.
