【摘要】 随着IT等技术的进步和计算机网络技术的发展，财务管理系统也逐渐从传统的桌面管理向网络集成的方向发展，从局部、静态、事后核算到全局、动态、实时的管理，基于不同软硬件平台、不同网络架构的各级财务管理子系统需要有机地协同工作。基于Intrane在的财务管理系统是未来财务管理系统的发展趋势。 本论文结合具体的工程实践，在对现有技术分析甄别的基础上，对财务管理系统中的网络体系结构、网络拓扑结构、动态Web数据库应用技术和财务管理子系统的划分原则、方法以及各子系统的相互关系等方面作了分析阐述，指出了基于C/S和B/S用结构的财务管理系统由于其良好的扩展性、可靠性、发布动态实时信息的易操作性等特点已成为财务管理系统的主流结构。并详细介绍了基于Intranet的财务管理系统的主要思路和实现方法，着重介绍了其中的技术选择和CGI等动态数据库开发技术。 计算机及其网络技术的应用提供了硬件基础，动态Web数据库应用技术为开发跨平台、跨网络的财务管理系统提供了前瞻性开放框架。本文结合财务管理系统的应用现状，提出了基于Intranet的财务管理系统模型，讨论了系统的实现方法，并进一步分析了财务管理系统的内容和结构框架；指出在当今的网络环境下，信息安全的重要性已不亚于财务管理系统本身，然后从财务管理系统本身和当今社会所带来的安全风险，并以此提出相应的安全风险防范措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Information Technology and computer network technology,the concept of financing management system based on Intranet has been brought out,which means financing management system will evolve from the traditional desktop management toward network integration,from local static postmortem management toward global dynamic real-time management As the requirement of system open-up and integration,all levels of financing management subsystem based on various hardware and software must have prospective open configuration.The research of the dissertation lies in two aspects as follows:First,it analyzes all aspects of the financing management such as network system structure network topology dynamic web database application technology by theory study and engineering practice . Meanwhile,the main thoughts and methods of financing management system based on Intranet are presented in detail,and some techniques are introduced such as CGI JDBC ASPSecond ,computer network and dynamic web data technology facilitate the application of new monitoring model. The model and means achieved in financing management system based on Intranet are discussed and brought forward Subsequently ,the content and structure of financing management system are analyzed,At last ,Information security is taken into account as well as security of financing management system itself.更多还原
