CAD/CAM Integration for Rubber Overshoes

【摘要】 目前,在我国的一些中小型胶鞋生产企业中,胶鞋模具的设计和制造水平还相对落后,仍然是以手工作仿的加工为主,加工手段落后,质量差,档次低,生产周期长,越来越难以满足市场的需要。为了改变这种落后现状,将CAD/CAM技术运用于胶鞋模具的生产中势在必行。本文通过一个实际应用项目——“胶鞋模具CADCAM一体化”的系统开发,对此进行了理论研究和具体实施,从而提高了胶鞋模具的设计与制造水平。 首先,从中小型胶鞋生产企业的实际情况出发,提出了系统的整体开发方案。采用经济型数控铣床,充分发挥软件的优势,采用两级计算机控制,完成全功能数控系统的主要功能。提供成套的、适用于制鞋行业的CADCAM技术,迅速产生经济效益。 其次,针对胶鞋大底的轮廓曲线,对圆弧样条进行了深入研究,提出了二维曲线拟合的线性化圆弧样条方法;同时将AutoCAD应用于胶鞋模具CAD/CAM一体化系统中,成功地开发了一整套相应的软硬件应用技术,提出了刀具轨迹优化的动态选择法,以便使NC加工的空行程相对极小化。开发了与系统相应的控制软件,确定了简便而又功能较全的数控指令系统,有效地控制了机床的运动。 最后,通过大量的实验,对整个系统的功能进行了全面检验,进一步完善了本系统。并结合一具体鞋胶模具的设计与制造,给出了一些加工工艺参数的参考值,为使用本系统提供了指导意见。同时,对本系统的不足和今后的后续工作提出了个人观点。

【Abstract】 Up till now , in some middle - small production enterprises of rubber overshoes in our country, the level in designing and manufacturing rubber overshoe mould is still relative backward, main mode of manufacturing mould is manual operation and its quality and grade is not high . Its production period is long, which more and more difficultly meets the needs of market. In order to change the backward situation, it is very neccessary to apply CAD/CAM technology in production for rubber overshoes . Based on a real applying project, the deep study has been made theoretically on " CAD / CAM integeration for rubber overshoes " in this paper, which will raise the level of designing and manufacturing rubber overshoe mould.First of all , proceeding from actual condition of middle - small production enterprises of manufacturing rubber overshoes , the overall developing plan of the system has been worked out. Using economic NC milling machine tool and two classes computer control, and taking full advantages of software, this system can perform the main function of full function NC system and supply a set of CAD / CAM technique suited for the enterprises of manufacturing rubber overshoes, which can bring economic benefit for these enterprises.Secondly, to counter contour curve for large sole of rubber overshoes , the way of linear circle arc spline of two dimensions curve fitting has been raised in this paper and AutoCAD has meanwhile been applied in CAD / CAM integeration system of rubber overshoes mould, and also a whole set of software and hardware technique developed , and the selecting way for optimizing tool path worked out . This way may make NC machining free running minimun. Its NC command system is not only simple and convenient but also of complete function. It can effectively control the movement of machine tool.Finally, a number of tests have been made in order to examine the function of whole system, and its functions have been improved through the tests, and the reference values for some machining process parameters given , and some gujiding opinions for using the system put forward , and myself s view point for the shortcomings of the system and how to improve it in future has been made .
