供应链管理模式下的企业销售管理信息系统再造

【摘要】 国内企业目前应用的信息管理系统为企业管理者进行决策提供了极大的帮助,但随着经济全球化和知识经济的到来也面临着许多不能解决的问题。供应链管理是近年来国外发展起来,并且在许多大的制造性企业和商业企业已经得到应用的一个新的管理理论,合理地运用供应链管理能弥补诸如MIS、MRPII、ERP等管理系统的不足。供应链管理理论将供应链上的企业群体视为一个虚拟的企业,加强了经营和生产信息的沟通和企业间的协作,通过物流的积极配合极大地缩短了货物的周转周期,降低了企业经营成本,提高企业的效率。 本文在对传统的企业管理信息系统特点和发展过程进行分析的基础上,系统地分析了应用于制造性企业的供应链管理理论和应用案例,并从现代商业企业的销售管理问题出发,以目前Internet/Intranet在国内中小企业的应用状况为背景,建立了一个供应链管理模式下的新型的企业销售管理信息系统。系统涵盖了销售性企业核心业务相关的物流管理、销售管理、市场管理、供应商管理、用户管理、定单管理等内容。

【Abstract】 At present,the information management system used by Chinese enterprise facilitate decision-making of the management of enterprise to a great extent. However,with coming of economic globalization and knowledge economy,many problems difficult to solve arise. Supply chain management is a new management theory developing in the world in recent years,and applied by a number of large-sized manufacture companies and commercial companies. Properly applying of supply chain management can offset the weakness of the management system such as MIS,MRPII,ERP etc. By supply chain management theory,the enterprises on the supply chain are viewed as a virtual enterprise,thus improving communication between marketing sector and manufacturing sector,and enhancing collaboration between enterprises. With cooperation of logistics,the cycle of material flow has been shortened to a great extent,thus reducing operating cost,and improving efficiency.In this essay,the supply chain management theory applicable to manufacture enterprise and case is systematically analyzed. From the view point of the sales management of modern commercial enterprise,in this essay a new enterprise sales management information system under s supply chain management module is established,taking the development level of Internet/Intranet in Chinese medium-sized and small-sized enterprise as background. This system covers logistics management,sales management,marketing management,supplier management,customer management,order management etc. that are in relation to the core activities of sales enterprise.
