【摘要】 2001年12月11日，我国正式加入了WTO，这必将对我国对外贸易、社会经济各方面产生深远的影响，其中包括对我国银行业的影响。认真研究加入WTO后对我国银行业的深刻影响并探讨相应的对策，是当前十分重要的理论与实际应用课题。本文围绕这一课题，重点研究了我国加入WTO对我国银行业的影响，对中外商业银行核心竞争力进行了比较分析，并根据我国的国情提出了我国银行业的对策。 本文的研究目的主要是对WTO对中国银行业的影响与对策进行分析，以期对我国银行业更好地应对WTO的影响与冲击有所帮助。 在第1章中，我们分析了WTO关于金融服务业开放的规定，并简单介绍了面对WTO我国政府关于金融服务的承诺：在第2章中我们详细分析了加入WTO对我国银行业的影响，包括：我国银行业加入WTO的收益与成本、外资银行的进入对我国银行业的挑战、我国加入WTO的金融安全等方面；在第3章中我们将中外商业银行核心竞争力进行了比较分析，认识到了我国商业银行在与外资商业银行竞争中的不足；在第4章中根据我国的国情提出了我国银行业的对策，包括：加快商业银行改革、国有商业银行竞争战略的调整、加强风险监管、政府加强对银行业的保护、有效监管外资银行的政策选择等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Dec.11, 2001, our country join WTO in due form, which will definitely have deep influence on our country’s foreign trade as well as our economy life in all aspects, including our banking. So it is a very important theoretical and practical task to investigate the effects and corresponding countermeasures. This paper focus on this problem, stresses on studying the effects on our banking. On the basis of analyzing comparatively on the core competency between Chinese and foreign commercial banks, the author provides some suggestion to our country’s banking according to the situation of our country.The main intention of the paper is to analyze the effects and countermeasures on WTO to our banking, which will do help to our country’s banking facing the impact of WTO.Chapter 1 introduces the prescripts of WTO on opening the finance service and the corresponding consents of our government.Chapter 2 particularly analyzes the impacts of WTO to our banking, including the income and cost, the challenge from the foreign banks, the financial safety and so on.Chapter 3 compares the core competency of commercial banks between China and foreign countries, from which we recognize the deficiencies of our state-owned commercial banks.Chapter 4 seeks to find the countermeasures of our commercial banks, including expediting the reform of our state-owned commercial banks, adjusting our competition strategy, and strengthening the risk supervision; what’s more, the government should reinforce the protection to our banking and inspect efficiently on the foreign banks.更多还原
