【摘要】 当前，我国农业正处于传统农业向现代农业的过渡阶段，传统的农业生产面临着严峻的挑战。农业作为弱质产业，其发展必须依赖科技进步。而技术进步要对农业增长作出贡献，则取决于科技成果在生产中被利用的效果和被转化的程度。农业科技要转化为现实的生产力，必须将科学技术与生产资料结合在一起，形成新的生产要素，或使生产要素的作用发挥得更好，从而产生高于原生产力水平的新的生产力，这就是农业科技产业化过程。就吉林省而言，农业科技和经济相脱节的现象比较严重，制约了农业的发展，为了从根本上解决这一问题，本文提出在吉林省实现农业科技产业化，促进农业科研与市场开发有机结合的观点。 本文对吉林省农业科技产业化进行了较全面、系统的研究，主要内容包括： 1．指出了农业科技产业化的内涵及特征，并介绍了它的理论基础，主要包括市场机制理论、制度变迁理论和技术进步理论。 2．阐述了农业科技产业化的几种发展模式，讨论了产业化的运行机制。 3．从不同方面对吉林省农业科技产业化的现状作了介绍，找出其发展过程中存在的差距。 4．深入分析了吉林省农业科技产业化的制约因素，指出了障碍吉林省农业科技产业化发展的主要症结所在，为吉林省农业科技产业化思路的提出作了必要的铺垫。 5．提出了吉林省实现农业科技产业化的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our country, agriculture is in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern one. Now, traditional agricultural production is facing severe challenge. As a kind of weak industry, the development of agriculture must depend on the progress of science and technology. Whether the progress could make contribution to economic growth hinges on the effect and extent that science and technological fruits are used and transferred in the production. To turn agricultural science and technology into real productive forces, we should combine science and technology with means of production. Thus, we can form new factors of production, or make better use of factors of production so that more effective productive forces are created. The course is industrialization of agricultural science and technology. As for Jilin Province, the phenomenon that agricultural science and technology lose touch with economy is so severe as to restrict the development of agriculture. In order to solve the problem utterly, in the thesis the standpoint is set forth that we should realize the industrialization of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Province.In the thesis there is overall and systematic research about industrialization of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Province. The main contexts read as follows:1.Introduce the implication and features of industrialization of agricultural science and technology. Put forward its theory foundation, including theory of market mechanism, theory of system changes, and theory of technology progress.2.Set forth several different patterns and revolving mechanism of industrialization of agricultural science and technology.3.From different aspects expound the current’ situation of industrialization of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Province, and find out the gap between Jilin Province and developed areas.4.Deeply analyse the obstruction of industrialization of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Province, point out the main symptom, and place indispensable precondition for the following content.5.Bring up corresponding measures of carrying out industrialization of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Province.更多还原
