汽车前轴的快速设计系统

【摘要】 面对激烈的市场竞争,如何缩短产品的设计周期和提高产品的设计成功率已成为各企业的当务之急。本文对机械产品的快速设计技术展开了研究,并利用基于实例推理的变型设计思想成功开发了汽车前轴快速设计系统。 本课题主要研究对象是江淮汽车有限公司生产的汽车前轴。为了实现汽车前轴的快速设计,作者建立了汽车前轴设计资源库,它包括前轴典型零件的三维模型库、工程图库和材料库等。作者采用自顶向下的设计方法来完成变型设计,并根据不同零件的变型要求定制了三种变型设计方法:尺寸询问法、特征控制法和标准件库访问法。设计初稿完成后,通过有限元分析模块能够快速建立有限元模型并计算出分析结果。最后,在细化设计模块中对满足设计要求的前轴方案快速生成工程图、零件属性列表和BOM清单等。 汽车前轴快速设计系统是在PRO/E平台上使用PRO/TOOLKIT等为开发工具开发的。用户可以通过前轴设计模板和使用前轴专用菜单命令快速完成前轴总成的设计过程。 本课题是基于实例推理的变型设计技术在软件PRO/E平台上实施的有益尝试,也是PRO/E二次开发技术的一次应用和实践。

【Abstract】 Today,the competition of market is becoming more drastic and how to shorten the developing cycle of products and how to enhance the success ratio of the product design have become a pressing matter at the moment for each enterprise. The paper mainly discussed the technology of the rapid design of products. Furthermore,the writer has successfully developed "the rapid design system of the front axle of the automobile" based on the theory of the CBR-based variant design.The primary object discussed in the present paper is the front axle of the automobile made in Jianghuai Automobile Corporation. In order to realize the rapid design of it,the writer has setup a part database which covers the 3-D model,the drawing and the material database of the representative parts. Using the idea of top-down design,the writer built up 3 ways to complete the variant design:dim-questioned,feature-controlled and database-visited of standard parts. By means of FEA module,the writer can produce the FEA model of the original program and get results of the analysis as well. Finally,the drawing,the BOM and the list of the part property of the final program will be produced through the module of detailed design.The system was developed by means of Pro/toolkit on the platform of PRO/E. Users can realize the rapid designing on the basis of the design template of the front axle and the command of the special menu system.The research is a beneficial application of the technology of CBR-based variant design on the platform of PRO/E and is also a successful practice of the development technology on PRO/E.
