塑料异型材挤出成型模具计算机辅助分析系统的研究

【摘要】 随着塑料门窗在我国应用的推广,对塑料异型材质量的要求也日益提高。塑料异型材挤出模头对塑料异型材的质量起着重要的作用。因此,对塑料异型材挤出模头进行计算机辅助分析对于提高成型效率、改善产品质量有着很重要的意义。 挤出成型的计算机模拟技术涉及到流体力学、弹性力学、热力学、计算机、材料科学等领域,是一门综合性很强的技术。本文通过对塑料异型材挤出模模头结构进行分析,以聚合物流变学为基础,对机头流道的不同区域分别建立起压力降计算公式和熔体停留时间及平均流速公式,并建立起系统冷却分析模型。同时,本文通过对分流支架及型芯联接螺钉进行受力分析,从而建立起强度校核公式。最后,根据以上结果,以VBA为工具对AutoCAD进行二次开发,编制出塑料异型材挤出模的计算机辅助分析程序。

【Abstract】 With the popularization of plastic door-window’s application ,people demand high quality plastic profile.The plastic profile extrusion die is very important to the quality of plastic profile,so the CAA system of the plastic profile extrusion die can be of great significant to improve the producing efficency and it’s quality.Imitating the shaping process with computer is a kind of very comprehensive technology . Based on the analysis of the die structure in the extrusion of plastic profile and the theory of polymer theology,the paper established the mathematic models for calculating the pressure drop and melt residencre time in different parts of the die’s flow path. The cooling system of calibrating mould was also set up. At last ,the stress exerted on the flow divider holder and binding bolds of the core was analysised and the formula for strength correction was established and the program of CAA for the plastic profile extrusion die was compiled by VBA language based on AutoCAD.
