【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济的基本确立，完善的社会保险体系欲发显得重要，它和每个人的切身利益密切相关。社会保险具有三个突出的特点：一是信息处理量大，要掌握单位、个人的基本情况，缴费、拨付的审核以及各种变动情况的处理；二是信息处理速度要求快，收缴和拨付都要求在一定的时限内完成，否则影响资金的筹集和离退休人员的生活；三是信息处理要求准确，涉及到的各种数据都必须准确无误，不能有一人的误差，也不能有一分一角的误差；四是信息保存周期长，从每个人参加工作开始缴费至退休死亡，几十年的数据必须随时提供。社会保险的这些特点决定了它必须依赖于可靠高效的计算机信息管理系统。 本文首先介绍了社会保险领域的专业知识和当今计算机应用领域的几种新技术，然后通过对“社会保险信息管理系统”开发过程的详细介绍，讨论了面向对象的软件开发技术、多层Cllent／Server体系在构建社会保险应用系统过程中的应用。本文还通过对社会保险数据特性的分析，确定了网络建设方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the basic establishment of social democracy market economy in our country, a perfect social insurance system seems more and more important, because it is related to the benefit of everybody. Social insurance system has three outstanding characteristics: First, the system has much information need to be disposed, and it also need to hold the basic status of units and individuals, audit the payment and appropriation, and handle various varying conditions. Second, the system need to handle the information quickly, and the payment and appropriation should be completed in a certain time, or it will affect the collection of fund and the lives of retiree. Third, the system need to dispose its information exactly, various data involved must be exact and should not have any error. Fourth, the period of saving information must be long, from the beginning of paying insurance premium to retirement, the data of decades must be provided at any moment. These characters of social insurance system decide that it has to depend on credible and high- efficient computer information management system.This thesis introduces the special knowledge of social insurance field and several new techniques of computer application domain. And by explaining the developing course of social insurance information management system, it discusses software developing of object oriented and the application of multi-layer Client/Server system in structuring social insurance application system. This thesis also confirms project about network construction by analyzing the specialty of social insurance data.更多还原
