虚拟企业生产计划与协调控制技术研究

【摘要】 在经济全球化与信息技术迅猛发展的趋势下,企业的生产管理模式正在发生巨变。传统企业的生产管理模式已不能很好地适应多变的市场环境。论文中对新型企业模式——虚拟企业及其生产计划与协调控制技术进行了研究。论述了虚拟企业的运行环境和生产组织方式,完善了虚拟企业的组织模型和体系结构。基于定制生产原理,提出了满足基于预测生产、按订单装配(ATO)以及按订单制造(MTO)生产类型的虚拟企业生产计划模型和算法。 从信息流和物流角度,论文研究了虚拟企业的生产协调控制策略。在信息流调控方面,论述了以订单为载体的订单时效协调控制技术和基于技术状态管理(ISO10007)的质量流协调控制技术;在物流调控方面,论述了供应商管理库存技术,以实现物流的有效管理。 最后,论文建立了虚拟企业生产计划与协调控制系统的框架体系。并结合实例,开发了虚拟企业生产计划与协调控制系统原型。

【Abstract】 With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology the great changes of production management mode have being taking place. The enterprise with traditional mode will be unable to survive efficiently in such a market characterized by competence, cooperation and change. A new enterprise, Virtual Enterprise (VE) and it’s production planning & control, is developed in the paper. By the discussion of VE operation environment and production organization mode, the paper perfects the organization mode of VE and the system architecture of VE. The paper proposes mode and algorithm of VE production planning based on the customization manufacturing that cater for the production modes of the production based on forecasting, the Assemble To Order (ATO) and the Make To Order (MTO).In view of information stream and material stream, the paper researches the coordination and control strategies of production planning. In aspect of information stream coordination and control, the paper adopts both the technology of order scheme adjusting, which regards the order as the vehicle, and the technology of quality stream coordination and control based on ISO 10007. In aspect of material stream coordination and control, the paper discusses the technology of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), which can management material stream efficiently.Finally, the paper establishes system frame of VE’s production planning and control. Considering the example, the paper realizes the prototype of VE planning and control system.
