云锡松矿缓倾斜中厚氧化矿体采场开采优化研究

【摘要】 三维有限元数值模拟分析技术已广泛地应用于岩土工程领域。本文所探讨的正是如何应用此技术来解决采矿这种特殊地下工程的优化问题,从而在保证安全的前提下,最大限度地实现其经济效益和社会效益。 本文针对云南锡业公司松树脚锡矿缓倾斜中厚氧化矿体的开采技术条件,基于超前切顶、护顶空场法的采矿方法,采用非线性三维有限元数值模拟分析技术,优化选择了回采顺序和采场结构参数,并且对控顶措施、地应力状态影响和极限暴露面积进行了模拟研究,从而系统地、全面地进行了围岩稳定性分析,为指导矿山生产提供了可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 Three-dimensional finite element numerical analog analysis technique has been widely applied to geotechnical engineering. This paper has exactly discussed how to solve optimizing problem of mining engineering which is special underground engineering by means of this technique, for fully realizing the economic and social benefits, in condition of guaranteeing safety’.In consideration of the mining technological conditions of the gentle -dipping and medium-thickness oxide ore body of SongShuJiao’s Tin Mine of Tin Corporation of YunNan and roof pre-cut, roof pre-support open stope method in the paper, non-linear three-dimensional finite element numerical analog analysis technique is used to optimize extractive sequence and the stope structure parameters and to simulate the measure of roof control, the influence of site-stress and ultimate exposed area. In this way, the stability analysis of rock wall is made systematically and completely, which has provided reliable basis of guiding mine production.
