新型球磨机衬板耐磨钢的研究及生产应用

【摘要】 通过对球磨机衬板用耐磨材料的应用情况,工况条件、性能要求,合金元素作用的分析,在充分考虑德兴铜矿选矿厂球磨机特殊性的条件下,设计了一种新型耐磨铸钢—CHMe钢,其控制成分为:C:0.7%~0.9%,Si:0.2%~0.4%,Mn:0.3%~0.5%,Cr:2.8%~3.2%,Ni:0.4%~0.6%,W:0.05%~0.1%,Ti:0.03%~0.05%,V:0.005%~0.01%;Mo:0.3%~0.5%,Cu:0.3%~0.5%,P:<0.06%,S:<0.06%.在此基础上,对CHMe钢的淬透性,热处理工艺、耐磨性进行了试验研究,并制定了熔炼、铸造、热处理工艺,进行了生产小试和装机试运行。 试验结果表明,设计的CHMe钢淬透性良好,能满足大型球磨机衬板的淬透性要求。其在900℃~950℃奥氏体化后淬火+500℃~550℃×2小时回火后的综合机械性能最佳,硬度可达HRC44以上,抗拉强度σ_b>1500MPa,无缺口冲击韧性α_k>50J/cm~2。组织分析表明,此时形成的回火马氏体+贝氏体+回火屈氏体+残余奥氏体+弥散碳化物的组织是其具有优良的综合机械性能的原因。此时其耐磨性好,比2GMn13提高15%~35%。磨面分析表明,CHMe钢基体高强度,高硬度、良好的强韧性配合和碳化物硬质点的弥散分布,磨痕细短浅小,挤塑变形区细小均匀,抵抗冲击滑动累积塑性疲劳能力强,是其耐磨性比ZGMn13高的原因。 生产小试与装机运行结果表明,CHMe钢衬板的生产工艺较为05单,熔炼、铸造、热处理工艺易于掌握,使用寿命是ZGMn13衬板的1.3倍。而技术经济分析则表明,CHMe钢衬板的生产成本虽然略高于2GMn13衬板,但综合考虑磨矿效率与磨耗成本后,生产每吨CHMe钢衬板仍可比ZGMn13衬板多获利1230元,具有明显的经济与社会效益。

【Abstract】 This paper designed a new kind of anti-wearing cast steel which is also called CHMe steel after reviewed the development of anti-wearing iron and steel and analysed the wear behaviour of the lining boards using in ball mills, the actions of alloy elements and the particular demands of lining boards using in DEXIN copper mine’s ball mills. The controlled alloy elements’ composition range is list as follows: C: 0.7%-0.9%, Si: 0.2%-0.4%, Mn: 0.3%-0.5%, Cr: 2.8%-3.2%, Ni: 0.4/%-0.6%, W: 0.05%-0.1%, Ti: 0.03%-0.05%, V: 0.005%-0.01%; Mo: 0.3%-0.5%, Cu: 0.3%-0.5%. P: <0.06% S: <0.06%. The cast structure, the quenched structure and mechanical property, the anti-wearing property and the producing process of the CHMe steel has been studied in the paper. The main contents of the experiments includes such items as follows: design of the new wear-resisting cast steel’s chemical composition, determination and analysis of the new wear-resisting steel’s quench degree and CCT curve, ananysis of the cast structure, study of the new wear-resisting steel’s heat treatment process.Some useful conclusions have get from the result of the above experiments. The new wear-resisting steel’s quench degree is so good that it can meet the demand of huge ball mills. The mechanical properties and anti-wearing property of CHMe steel are best after the heat treatment of quenching after austenized at 900X-950 and tempering at 500-550 for 2 hours. The hardness, the intensity and the toughness can exceed HRC44, 1500MPa and 50J/cm2 apart. The anti-wearing property of CHMe steel is 15 percent to 35percent higher than ZGMnl3, which is a widely used anti-wearing steel. The reason of the excellent mechanical properties and anti-wearing property of CHMe steel is that the heat treatment sturcture of CHMe steel is composed of tempered martensite, bainite, temper troostite, remaining austenite and carbonide.Industrial application and the analysis of technological economy showed that CHMe steel lining board’s producing process is simple and controllable and the duriablity of CHMe steel lining board is 30 percent higer than ZGMnl3 lining board while the first price of CHMe steel lining board is little higer than ZGMnl3 lining board. It is feasible and economic to produce CHMe steel lining board instead of ZGMnl3 lining board with high ratio of property to price.
