铜电解阳极自动生产线上、下料机械手的设计与研究

【摘要】 机器人技术是集运动学与动力学理论、机械设计与制造技术、计算机硬件与软件技术、控制理论、电液伺服随动技术、传感器技术、人工智能理论等科学及技术领域的综合应用。机器人技术的研究与开发标志着一个国家科学技术发展的水平,而机器人在各种工业领域的普及应用,则显示了这个国家的经济和科技发展的综合实力。 云南铜业股份有限公司电解厂的阳极板加工方法比较落后,阳极板的制备质量较差,是电解铜生产中存在的主要问题之一,必须研制出新型设备以改变其落后现状。为此,由昆明理工大学、浙江大学和云南铜业股份有限公司合作,研制了一条阳极板加工自动生产线,很好地解决了阳极板制备的质量问题。 本文在全面介绍所研制的阳极板加工自动生产线的基础上,重点分析研究所使用的上、下料机械手,其中又以上料机械手为主。引入机器人运动学参数的D-H方法,并以双关节机器人为例来分析机器人的运动学;用矩阵法建立机器人位姿精度模型并分析其位姿精度误差;用拉格朗日方程来建立二自由度机器人的动力学模型,并在此基础上研究其鲁棒控制方法;本文最后结合实际课题进行有关的液压分析。 实际表明,上、下料机械手应用于阳极板加工自动生产线上,提高了加工自动化水平,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,具有较为广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Robot technique is the integration and use of kinematics and dynamics theory, machine design and manufacture, the technique of computer hardware and software, control theoretics, electricity-fluid servo, sensor technology and the theory of artificial intelligence and so on. Robot technique’s applications and exploitation embody the science and technology of a country.What’s more,its useage and prevalence in some industry fields embody the counter’s economy and technology development strength.The anode plate manufacture equipment of Yunnan Copper Corporation Limited isFairly backward in technique and the quality of anode plate inferior,which is one of the main problems in the manufacture.Developing new equipment is necessary to change the backward state.Thus,Kunming University of Science and Techology cooperate with Zhejiang University and Yunnan Copper Corporation Limited exploiting an automatic process and manufacture line,solving the problem of process quality fairly.On the base of introduction the automatic line,this paper put emphasis on analyzing the manipulator of the line,applying the D-H method to determing the robot kinematics paramerter,use the two providing robot to analyze robot kinematics and use matrix set up robot pose precision model and analyze it, structure dynamics model of two providing robot and on the base, analyzing Robust controlling method to it, fmally,there is some hydraulic analysis about the automatic line.The practice use prove that the application of manipulator used in anode plate automatic process and manufacture line can improve the automatic level and reduce worker’s labor intensity rapidly.This method has wide application prospect.
