基于80C196MC的双馈电机控制技术的研究

【摘要】 双馈电机调速是一种先进的调速技术,可用于电机的调速和变速恒频发电,并能实现电机定子侧功率因数的调节。由于双馈电机调速系统通常采用双向变流器,控制技术复杂,成本较高,限制了它的应用。 本文设计了一种适用于双馈电机多种运行状态的多功能变流器的拓扑结构,它将整流器、斩波器与逆变器结合在一起,能完成电机的软启动、斩波、双馈调速。运用了复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD简化了控制电路设计的结构。提出了基于80C196MC单片机控制的将斩波与双馈相结合的新控制策略,推导出了变流器输出初值的控制算法,实现了低于同步速、同步速和高于同步速运行状态的可靠转换和平滑过渡。 系统对双馈电机调速时所用到的参数进行了准确的测量,并实现了闭环控制,提高了系统的性能。通过控制转子绕组励磁电流的频率来调节转速,可使变流器的容量减小,降低调速成本和控制技术的复杂性。 在研究控制策略和控制算法的基础上,研制了一套实验装置,建立了强大的实验研究硬件平台。实验结果证明了所提出的控制策略与控制算法的正确性。此实验装置不仅适用于有刷双馈调速,同样也适用于无刷双馈调速,而且可应用于变速恒频风力和水利发电,有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Doubly-fed motor adjustable speed is an advanced technique, which can be used in the adjustable speed of motor and generator of variational speed and constant frequency ,also can realize the adjustment of power factor at the stator. As this adjustable speed system of doubly-fed motor normally needs a bi-directional converter. It’s control technique is complicated and it’s cost is rather expensive. For this reason, it’s application will be restricted .This paper designs a circuit topology structure of multi-functional converter, which contains rectifier, chopper and inverter, it can function in soft-starting, chopping and doubly-fed adjusting speed for doubly-fed motor. The control system applies Complicated Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) to make the circuit structure simple. The paper puts forward a new control strategy which integrates chopping and doubly-fed adjusting based on the Intel 80C196MC single-chip-computer. The output initialization method of inverter is derived. The control strategy and the control arithmetic can achieve multi-state conversion and realize smooth transition below or above the synchronous speed.Exactly measuring parameter in doubly-fed machine adjustable speed system, the system with closed loop control improves the capability of this experiment system. By controlling excitation current of the rotor, the control technique can realize speed adjustment. The adjustable speed control technique can make the capacity of converter and system cost and the complexity of control technique decrease.Based on studied the control strategy and the control arithmetic, we also set up a powerful experiment platform. The experimental results show that the studied control strategy and the control arithmetic are right. This platform not only can be used for doubly-fed brush and brushless motor, but also can be done for variational speed and constant frequencywind-generators and hydro-generators. It shows that has a broad application foreground.
