基于神经网络的堆浸厂生产管理信息系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文根据德兴堆浸厂生产情况的特点,并基于人工神经网络这一智能分析决策方法,建立了堆浸厂的生产管理信息系统,主要内容包括: 神经网络模型的建立与应用。其内容主要是建立BP神经网络模型,运用此神经网络模型对堆浸厂的试验数据进行学习、训练,然后对生产操作控制参数进行预测,为生产管理决策提供参考和依据。 系统的调查、规划和分析。其内容主要是采用目标树法、业务流程分析、数据流程分析、数据项分析及数据/功能分析的方法,为系统设计创造条件。 系统设计。其内容主要是通过分析原系统存在的弊端,确立新系统的目标,通过对生产流程特点的分析,确定系统的功能模块及子系统。建立了较好的数据库及其安全维护系统,进行了较好的系统配置和网络结构设计。 本文从建立智能化的堆浸厂生产管理信息系统的目的出发,以德兴铜矿堆浸厂为研究对象,综合运用了数学、矿物加工、冶炼、人工智能、信息技术、计算机技术及管理科学等多学科知识,对堆浸厂的生产管理信息系统进行了具有实际价值的、创新性的探索和研究工作。

【Abstract】 The productive management information system has been established, which based on Artificial neural network .in term of production parameter of Dexing heap leaching factory. It mainly contain:The establishment and implement of neural network model Which contain establish and learn & drill of BP Artificial neural network from the data of experiment . then it was predicted the operation control variety which can be used for reference by produce manage decision.The investigation plan and analysis of system. Which provide condition for system design through the method of target tree The analysis of produce flow dataflow data and function.System design. It established the new system target through analyze the old system mistake .It established the new functional modulus and small system through the analysis of produce flow. The database and safety of system were designed .The structure of network and system equipment were compiled.The intellectual heap leaching factory productive management information system was been established in the paper .According to analyze Dexing heap leaching factory parameter ,the author integrated mathematics ,mineral separation science, metallurgy, intelligence, information science, computer and management science etc into studying, The information system studying is very useful and innovational.
