红外传感器在皮带运输机安全警示系统中的研究应用

【摘要】 皮带运输机是一种有牵引件的连续运输设备，主要用来输送块状、粒状和散状等物料和成件的货，广泛应用于工业生产中。本课题是为了解决攀钢集团选矿厂的皮带运输机的安全问题，此安全保护控制系统能进行自动检测，并进行声、光报警和控制。 系统主要由红外传感器单元、语音警示系统、报警和控制单元及辅助电路等部分组成。红外传感器直接感应人体，并输出近似正弦波的电信号。信号处理单元对传感器输出的信号进行放大、整形、A/D转换和测量等处理，并进行数字显示，同时接通语音报警系统电路，语音报警系统进行相应的预警和报警，在必要时对相关设备进行自动控制。本系统在攀钢选矿厂实用后取得了很好的效果，并得到进一步的推广。 论文对系统组成各单元的工作原理、应用电路进行了阐述，并介绍了系统的主要组成部分及实验室和现场运行情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Belt conveyer,which is used mainly to transporting lumpish,granular,or loose materials and pieces of goods.is a kind of continuous conveyance with tractive items,so it is applied widely in the industry production. The aim of this item is to solve the safety of the belt conveyer in the selector of the Pangang Group. The safety and control system could measuring, alarming and controling automatically.This system is composed of the infrared transducer unit, speech alarm system, alarm, control unit and others. Infrared transducer examines directly the body and sends out electrical signal similar to sine wave. The signal handling and analyzing unit dispose of the sensor’s output signal by amplifying, plasticisering, A/D transforming and measuring, then displays it digitally. At the same time, power speech alarm system and speech alarm system, speech alarm system will give alarm, and control the related equipment if it is necessary. It had been approved after using in selector of Pan-steel and it is vanlvable for similar mines.The paper has elaborated the working principle and applied circuit of this system’s every unit, and introduced the component part of this system and the operating situation in the laboratory or on the spot.更多还原
