云南大姚铜矿多层缓倾斜薄矿体采矿方法研究

【摘要】 采矿方法是矿山建设和生产的核心内容,寻求安全、高效、经济、合理的采矿方法,是矿山生产建设的迫切需要,也是矿山进行合理规划、经济开采、安全生产的理论基础。 大姚铜矿凹地苴矿床属典型的缓倾斜多层薄矿体,开采难度大,开采成本较高。本文针对这一复杂矿体,结合大姚铜矿的生产实际,本着科学、安全、经济的原则,从开采工艺的各个环节进行了深入的探讨和研究,突破了一些常规思维模式,以“虚拟空区”为基础,对矿床的开拓、采矿方法和空区处理进行了详细研究,经生产实践验证,效果明显,具有普遍的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The mining method is the nuclear contents of construction, Seeking safe, high-efficient, economy, rational mining method, which is the urgent need of the mining productive construction. It is theoretical foundation that the mine carries on rational planning, economy exploiting, and safety in production.WaDiJu mineral deposit of Yunnan Dayao copper mine deposit belongs to the typical multilayer thin ore body that slowly sloped in the mineral deposits. It is extremely difficult to exploit and the exploit cost is relatively high. This article aims at this complicated ore body, combines to the practice of Yunnan Dayao copper mine. In line with science, security, economic principle, carries on the deep discussion and studies from each link of exploiting the technology and breach some routine thinking modes. Basing on "virtual empty district", the detail study has done to open-up way, mining methods and the way disposed of empty district and present rational mining method. The on-the-spot production practices indicate that effect is obvious and have general application prospects.
