基于分布式结构的变电运行管理信息系统

【摘要】 变电运行是电力生产的一个重要的环节,建设变电运行管理信息系统,不仅可大大减轻运行及管理人员的劳动负担,规范管理,而且对提高整个系统的安全可靠性水平,都具有十分重要的意义。系统开发采用结构化生命周期法。它基于分层、分布式系统结构,由设备管理、运行管理、抄表管理、安全管理、缺陷管理、班组管理等子系统组成。现场投运情况表明,系统运行日志自动分解、RTU数据的截取、智能操作票开票、设备浏览器等功能的实现,不仅可大大提高劳动效率,也使整个变电运行管理工作上一新台阶。

【Abstract】 Substation operation management plays an important role on security and economic running of power systems. It is significant to build up a Management Information System of Substation (MISS), which can provide a powerful, computer-based tool to process the dada in place of operators, and improve the work efficiency.Structured Approach is utilized to system analysis and design. The developed MISS is based on distributed computer networks. It consists of following subsystems: equipment management, operation management, security activity management, flaw management, daily affair management, and so on.
