智能化大功率超声电源的研制

Development on Intelligent High-power Ultrasonic Power Supply

【摘要】 功率超声技术在国民经济各部门的日益广泛应用,越来越需要一种通用型智能化大功率超声电源。本文旨在研制一种多方面性能优越的新一代智能化大功率超声电源,内容包括:(1) 在分析超声振动系统的电声特性和工作特性的基础上,构造了智能化超声电源总体设计方案,提出了控制系统的工作原理。(2) 建立了超声电源主电路,其中包括:整流、直流斩波、推挽逆变器和匹配网络等部分,实现了大功率超声频交流电的输出,输出频率的脉频调制(PFM)和输出功率的脉宽调制(PWM)。(3) 开发了单片机测控系统软硬件,实现了电源输出四类电参数的实时采集,完成了频率自动跟踪和比功率恒定两类控制任务。(4) 设计了电源的人机对话接口,为用户提供了工作状态指示和四类电参数的数字显示,支持两类控制系统给定值键盘输入、手/自动无扰切换和键盘手动操作等功能。(5) 采取了一些保护设计及抗干扰措施(硬件、软件),以保证系统稳定可靠地工作。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly wide use of power ultrasonic technology in many areas of national economy, a new type of general high-power ultrasonic power supply is urgently required. The purpose of the thesis is to develop a new type of intelligent high-power ultrasonic power supply, which has many excellent performances . It includes:(1) The article firstly analyses the electrical impedance and working characteristics of ultrasonic vibration system. Based on these, the overall scheme of power supply has been set up and operational principle of control systems has been proposed.(2) The major circuit has been established, composed of rectifier、BUCK-chopper、push-pull inverter and matching network, which realizes high-power supersonic AC output. To achieve maximal output power, the pulse frequency modulation (PFM) has been applied to auto-adjustment of output frequency, which corresponds to the load’s resonant frequency. Output power can be regulated through changing the output voltage of BUCK circuit by the pulse width modulation (PWM), with the purpose of the consent specific load’ power.(3) The micro-controller(80C196) measurement and control system has been presented, including hardware and software,which implement the real-time electrical data acquisition and accomplish the tasks of two kinds of control systems, which are frequency auto-tracking control system and constant output specific power control system.(4) The man machine interface has been devised, which can show the working status and digitally display multichannel electrical parameters. <WP=4>Via keyboard, users can input the set point of two kinds of auto-control system and manually operate control systems, whose manual/auto switch is unperturbed.(5) Many protective designs have been made in the power supply and a lot of anti-jamming measures have been taken in terms of both software and hardware, aiming at ensuring the power supply to run stably and reliably.
