基于故障录波信息的电网故障诊断方法的研究及录波分析软件的开发

【摘要】 当电力系统发生复杂故障或开关、保护存在较多误动、拒动以及因信道干扰发生信息丢失等诸多不确定因素时,目前基于开关和保护信息的诊断方法已经不能取得满意的结果,必须寻找新的信息源。随着继电保护及故障录波信息网的建立,丰富的录波信息为进一步诊断提供了基础。本文根据电力系统目前的实际运行情况和今后的发展,提出了一种合理利用采集信息进行分层故障诊断的方法。对在复杂故障情况下利用故障录波信息进一步诊断的方法进行研究,提出了虚拟保护的诊断思想,并建立了相应的综合诊断模型,有效地弥补了利用开关、保护信息诊断的局限性。利用组件对象模型(COM)和Windows的动态连接库(DLL)技术建立了通用的、可共享的诊断系统。随着故障录波信息联网的完成,对录波数据的管理和录波数据的分析显得非常必要。本文提出了一种利用故障类型的故障测距方法,推导了所有故障类型下的测距公式。采用了COM框架结构技术开发了故障录波分析软件,实现了录波数据库管理、数据转化、数据分析(谐波分析、序分量分析、故障测距等)以及打印等其它服务功能。利用EMTDC仿真数据测试了整套软件。

【Abstract】 The present diagnosis methods based on switch and protection messages can not provide the satisfactory result while the complex fault occurs in the power system or uncertain factors appear, such as mal-operation、non-operation and missing messages on account of channel disturbance, so using a new source of information is necessary. With the development of the network of protections and fault recorders, the further diagnosis can be carried out in the light of the ample recorded fault data. According to the current running and coming development of the Electric Power System, this paper presents a reasonable approach using collection information for Hierarchic Fault Diagnosis. Under the circumstance of complex fault, it is highly important how to do further diagnosis with the help of recorded fault data. A method of virtual protection is put forward, and the corresponding generally diagnostic model is established. This method effectively makes up the limitation of diagnosis with only switch and protection information. In this paper, A universal and sharing diagnosis system is developed by Microsoft COM and Windows dynamic link library (DLL) technology.With the network of Fault Recorded Data accomplished, the management and analysis of FRD are very necessary. This paper describes a new fault location algorithms using fault type, and deduces the fault location formulas of all fault types. The FRD analysis software is developed by COM technology, realizing the functions such as FRD database management、data formation translation、data analysis(harmonic wave analysis、sequence analysis、Fault location). The paper tests the complete set of software with EMTDC.
