攀钢高炉铁沟粘渣侵蚀机理及材料性能改进研究

【摘要】 本文针对攀钢铁沟材料使用寿命短,粘渣严重,炉前工作量大等实际情况进行了两种渣系(高钛型熔渣和普通高炉渣)与铁沟材料相互作用的对比研究。提出了高钛型熔渣易于粘附铁沟材料的粘渣机理及高钛型熔渣对铁沟材料的侵蚀机理,并在此基础上进行了材料性能改进。 通过对取自攀钢现场的铁沟残样及粘附熔渣进行化学分析、X射线衍射分析、电子探针分析及对高钛型熔渣溶解不同种类,数量氧化物的η—t曲线进行测定,研究了高钛渣粘渣机理。提出了影响粘渣的三个主要因素—高钛渣自身特点、材料中氧化铝向渣中的溶解、熔渣与耐材间的反应。 通过热力学计算、纯氧化物抗渣实验、复合材料抗渣实验对两种熔渣的侵蚀机理进行对比研究。认为高钛型熔渣对材料侵蚀较严重是由于材料中氧化铝在该渣中的溶解度较大造成。 在以上实验的基础上进行了材料性能改进。发现将炭以颗粒的形式添加到材料中有利于减轻粘渣和侵蚀,并可提高材料的抗热震性。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly research on action between Ti-rich slag and material for BF through and put forward the mechanism of slag adhesion and mechanism of slag corrosion. On the basement of those researches, study the effect of non-oxide on the properties of material.Through chemical analysis, X-rays analysis and EPDX analysis about used material on BF through and surveying Ti-rich slag’ 1 -t curve , find that the main factor of slag adhesion is the self character of Ti-rich slag, the dissolve of Al2O3 from material to slag and the reaction between slag and material.Through thermodynamics analysis, slag corrosion experiment of pure oxide and slag corrosion experiment of multi-material, find the main reason of serious corrosion of Ti-rich slag on material is that the solubility of Al2O3 in Ti-rich slag is higher than the solubility of Al2O3 in ordinary BF slag.On the basement of those researches, study the effect of non-oxide on the properties of material. Find that the material for BF through has good properties when the carbon grain was added into material.
