基于网络的虚拟设计系统——虚拟零部件库

【摘要】 CAD技术是先进制造技术的重要组成部分,是计算机技术在工程设计、机械制造等领域中最有影响的一项高新应用技术。计算机网络技术、CAD/CAM技术的发展,为CAD技术的应用奠定了良好基础。 网络技术是实现设计与制造一体化所必须的手段,基于网络的虚拟设计与制造不仅可以显现包括设计与制造在内的全部生产过程,以达到降低成本,缩短设计与制造周期,快速响应市场的目的,还可以实现产品的异地协作设计与制造。 所谓的异地设计协作是指设计人员就某个具体的设计问题进行实时、同步的协同讨论和问题求解,完成设计协作需要有同步协同工具的支持。在协同设计的过程中,为了做到人人协同,需要在协作用户之间实现显示同步和造型同步,即不同的协作者应当看到完全相同的三维模型。设计者对几何模型的造型修改操作也必须同步传输给其他协作者,以保证多个复制模型的一致性。 这些年,随着工业的发展,在机械产品设计中对标准件的使用也越来越多,人们为了避免重复的劳动,纷纷提出和建立了各种形式的三维机械标准件库。这些标准件库的建立和使用,提高了设计效率,充分体现了计算机辅助设计带来的经济效益。 但是由于各单位和部门所建的标准件库的使用目的和标准不同,而且很多标准件只是供创建单位内部使用,无法达到共享资源的目的,因此本文提出了基于网络的虚拟设计的思想,并进行了初步尝试,建立了虚拟零件库(VPL)。在网络上建立一个虚拟零部件库网站,在这个网站内不仅按国家标准存储了标准零部件三维模型和二维图纸,而且按基于参数化造型的方法,零件模型造型过程中的关键参数保存于数据库中,用户从网页上选择某一零件后,数据即可以显示在网页上。建立CAD标准件库是实施CAD应用的基石和提高CAD应用水平的重要途径 本项目用Solid Edge进行零部件建模,以ASP技术为核心。ASP技术能够创建与平台无关的应用系统,可以使用户充分利用全球网所提供的广泛资源。采用ASP和HTML编程实现标准零部件网站的全部功能,创建智能化和友好的用户界面。利用ASP技术与WEB数据库进行连接并进行操作,将机械产品的设计、制造和销售结合在一起。 本文通过六章来实现网站的具体功能:第一章中是讨论了CAD技术的发展、课题的来源和主要的工作;第二章详细讨论了用Solid Edge创建三维 武汉科技大学硕士论文 模型的方法和技巧;第三章是研究数据库的相关知识和安全问题;第四章详 细论述了用ASP创建网站的过程和关键技术;第五章初步探讨了虚拟设计 技术;第六章详细介绍了本网站实现的功能和制作的部分网页。 本课题所建立的虚拟零件库是CAD技术、网络技术与数据库技术结合:的高技术产物,是对虚拟设计思想的初步尝试。本文所做的工作只对我国发 展基于网络的虚拟零部件库的一次可行性尝试,还未达到实用水平。但是本 网站在创建过程中尽量做到功能的实用性和可扩展性。如果要建立一个具有 一定规模及实用水平的VPL,不仅需要我国制造业从整体上提高计算机应用 水平而且需要各种专业的标准件及通用件生产厂商与相关部门的密切合作, 同时要求因特网及电子商务等服务的成熟。目前,随着我国制造业计算机应 用水平不断提高,因特网及电子商务也成为大家关心的热门话题,相信不久 的将来,随着这些方面的发展,我们也会有自己的虚拟零件

【Abstract】 CAD technique is a composing of advanced manufacture technique. It is the most high-class and new application technique in the field of engineering project and machinofacture, and so on. With the development of computer network technique and CAD/CAM, it makes a good base for application of CAD technique.Network technique is a necessary measure and theory to realize the coherence between design and manufacture. The design and manufacture based on the net not only can show the total production process of design and manufacture, but also it can carry it ’ s point to debase the cost, shorten the circle of design and manufacture and quickly response to the market, it also can realize synergetic the design and manufacture of product in different zone.Design cooperation’ s mean is that the designers how to get the answer to the certain question of design real-time and rapidly. In order to finish the design cooperation, it needs a concurrent and coordinate tool to sustain. In the course of design cooperation, in order to reach all people’ s collaborating, it needs to realize the synchronized display and modeling. Different collaborators can watch the same three-dimensional models. In order to keep the compatibility of multi-modems, If the designer change the geometry model, this work must be isochronously carried to others on the time.To the disperse group in geography, we can use web as a tool to sustain the job. With the development of industry, standard parts more and more are used in the design of mechanical product. For the sake of avoiding repeated labor, people bring forward the advice to make a Java standard library and have created some Java standard libraries. Using it, we can increase the design’ s efficiency, it adequately show the economic benefit brought by CAD.But because different units’ Java standard libraries has different aim, and some units’ Java standard libraries only be used in theirs interior, at present, It can’ t be shared. We bring forward a idea that is making a virtual parts library (VPL) in the web .in the web station, not only it has many three-dimensional standard partsand planar drawing criterion national criterion, but also pivotal parameters of the three-dimensional model are saved in database according the parameter creating-model method . If user want to watch the data of some parts, after having pitched on the parts, user will watch them from the web. Creating the VPL in the web is a base to actualize the application of CAD, also is a important approach to improve the applied level of CAD.In this project, we use the software Solid Edge to create three-dimensional models . it uses ASP as the core . ASP can create the application system that it doesn’ t has relation with the platform and make user fully use the broad data in global web. Handling the link of ASP technique and database technique, we can tie in the design, manufacture and distribution of mechanical product. Using ASP and HTML, we have realized all functions in the station and create some intellectualized and friendly interfaces.This paper is compose of six chapters: The first chapter introduces CAD technique, the origin and main work of this project; The second chapter detailedly explain how to use Solid Edge to create the three-dimensional parts models and the key technique and skills ; The third chapter introduces correlative knowledge and safety of the database; The four chapter detailedly discuss the process and the key technique about how to use ASP to create the station; The five chapter simply discuss the virtual design technique ;The six chapter detailedly introduces how to realize the function and some webs .The VPL is a high technical outcome. It combines CAD technique, network technique and database technique. It also is a pilot study to virtual design. What we have done is only elementary study to how to develop our VPL on network, It has not reached the level of practicality.
