含Nb钢热轧过程微观组织演变的计算机模拟与轧后力学性能预报
The Simulation of a Nb-steel’s Microstructural Changes During Hot Working and the Prediction of Mechanical Properties

【摘要】 对热加工过程中微观组织变化的计算机模拟以及组织与力学性能关系进行的研究最近已成为本学科研究领域的热点之一。通过计算机对热加工组织进行模拟并对产品的最终力学性能作出预报,可以有效适应热轧钢材性能多样化和高级化的要求,简化钢种设计,提高生产率,降低成本,提高产品性能。 本文首先利用一维有限差分的方法计算了轧件厚度方向温度场的分布,然后针对实验钢种含Nb钢,建立了若干物理冶金模型,并利用这些物理冶金模型定量地描述了含Nb钢热加工过程中的组织转变,如再结晶、晶粒长大和相变等;同时,阐明了工艺参数、微观组织、力学性能之间的关系。通过热模拟实验、现场实验与软件模拟结果的比较表明,基于物理冶金模型,利用计算机模拟热加工过程中的微观组织变化并进行力学性能预报,是一种经济、准确、可行的方法,并可进一步用于在线控制过程。
【Abstract】 Computer modeling of microstructural changes and the relationships between mechanical properties of hot rolled steel products has been under active development in the research community. Through the computer-aided simulation for steel’s microstructural changes and prediction for mechanical properties, it meets the necessary for product’s variety and good quality. This method can simplify the design of metallurgy, improve the productivity, reduce the cost of manufacture, and enhance the product’s quality.Firstly, temperature distribution through the thickness is calculated using the finite difference method (FDM). Then several metallurgical models are raised aimed at a Nb steel. The models describe quantitatively the transformation behaviors during hot working and cooling, such as recrystallization, grain growth, precipitation and phase transition from austenite to ferrite. It also clarifies the relations existing among the processing condition, microstructure and final mechanical properties. The contrast between these results coming from a simulator for hot working, the factory and computer’s calculation indicates that this method through the computer aided simulation for steel’s microstructure’s changes and prediction for mechanical properties is fairly economic, very precise and feasible method. It can be developed into the on-line control application.
