热连轧轧制过程温度模拟

【摘要】 板带热连轧过程中,带钢的温度是直接影响轧机负荷合理分配,最终产品尺寸精度及组织性能的重要因素之一。在整个轧制线上准确预报板带钢在不同位置上的温度变化,是有效提高最终产品质量水平的重要基础,长期以来,对热轧过程中温度预报模型的研究,一直是提高轧制过程中数学模型预报精度的重要课题之一。温降模型的建立和预报软件的开发,可以有效适应热轧钢材性能多样化和高级化的要求,简化钢种设计,提高生产率,降低成本,提高产品性能。 本文针对实验钢种WL510,建立了若干温度模型,利用这些温度模型定量地描述了WL510钢热加工过程中的温度转变,并利用一维有限差分的方法计算了轧件厚度方向温度场的分布。模型预报的有效性已经通过在线测量检验。在此基础上建立了温度预报模拟系统,对各种不同工艺参数和控冷参数进行了模拟计算及分析。这项研究是热轧板带带钢组织性能预报系统的重要组成部分,具有实际的应用价值

【Abstract】 In the hot rolling, the strip temperature affects the distribution of the rolling mill load, the finishing plate thickness precision and structure performance. . An accurate prediction of plate temperature changes is importance base of effectively improving the finishing properties. The study of the strip temperature prediction model has been one of the importance researches to improve the mathematics model prediction precision. The foundation of the temperature prediction model and the development of the software system can effectively adapt the requirement of the diversification and high quality of strip property, the simplification of the product design, the improvement of productivity, the reduction of the cost and the improvement of the product property.According to WL510, this paper develop several temperature models and using these models, this paper describe the WL510 strip temperature changes during the hot rolling and computer the temperature distribution through the strip by the one dimension finite difference method. The validity of model predictions has been tested against in-plant measurements. Based on this, this paper develops the temperature modeling prediction system, calculate and analyze the strip temperature according to the various operating parameters. The study is an important part of the steel structure and properties prediction model system and is practically valuable.
