网络学习的学习监控和学习评价的理论与技术框架

【摘要】 本文试图探索网络学习质量控制的微观策略。通过多方面调查研究发现我国网络学习现状为:一个需要高度自主能力的网络学习环境,面对的是自主能力较低的学习者群体。因此,我国网络学习特别需要加强学习监控,接着从理论与实践两方面论证了网络学习监控的必要性和可行性。 学习评价作为学习质量控制的关键环节而成为网络学习监控之首选,但它不能生搬硬套集体授课的评价方法体系,网络学习评价理论体系亟待重建。本文从评价思想的发展、计算机在学习评价中的功能拓展、网络学习的特征及其评价要求等方面探讨了网络学习评价的走向,在此基础上建立起网络学习评价的基本理论框架。首先是网络学习评价内涵的界定,尤其是其意义重新界定为交互学习系统中的测量者、监控者、自适应指导者以及持续促进者。其次,提出了网络学习评价的基本原则:面向过程,学习者参与,多元评价技术,数字化与人性化融合等。再次,提出实施建议若干。最后,提出一套面向过程的网络学习评价的技术方案,基本体现上述关于网络学习评价和监控的思想。

【Abstract】 This article tries to find microcosmic ways to ensure the quality. By ways of advice from documents study and questions research, our web-based learning is found in such situation that a networked environment requiring self-regulation is faced on less self-regulated learners, so learning controls is needed especially. Then the article demonstrates the necessity and feasibility for learning control.As the key for learning quality control, learning assessment is preferred to learning control. But it can’t copy the old methods in classroom-based learning, the system info of learning assessment for web-based learning needs to be constructed. The article probes into the progress of web-based learning assessment based upon the development of assessment thinking, computer’s expanding assessment features, and characters of web-based learning and it’s requirement for assessment, and so on. Then the system info about web-based learning assessment is founded. Firstly, the connotation of web-based learning assessment is clarified newly to act as "measurement manager", "monitor", "accommodating instructor", and "continuous-promoter". Secondly it produces some principles of web-based learning assessment, such as learning process oriented, learners’ participation, various kinds of assessment methods, and the humanity of assessment. Thirdly some suggestion is given to implementation of web-based learning assessment. Finally a whole process-oriented technical scheme for web-based learning assessment ends the article, and it is the embodiment of the ideas above.
